Having booked through SixStar before I would normally give a better rating but not this time. Waited patiently to hear from them after Seabourn Cruise cancelled 6 weeks ago and after a web chat with Sandie who advised they were apparently dealing with customers in date order 14 days before original departure, fair enough. No contact from them so I decided to call after I read "glowing" reviews here about how efficient they had been in dealing with other customers and who it appears had affected Cruises after mine so I had stupidly waited 6 weeks. I was helped by Janet explained options and I decided to go for a Refund only to be told this would take Approx 90 days to be processed, yes 90 days, so over 4 months after the Cruise was cancelled.

Recently book a silversea cruise and stay, Joe Morrison the cruise concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful with his service and recommendations, very pleased with overall experience, happy to recommend him Sean Casey

Unexcelled customer service. Was concerned about Covid and how the cancellation of our cruise would affect us. We had EXCELLENT customer service throughout. Friendly but extremely professional and well informed

Scott was knowledgeable and patient and able to answer all my questions. He called back when he said he would call back and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I would certainly deal with him again.

Great service as always from Joe Morrison, when booking us a new cruise for 2021, after Regent cancelled our June 2020 cruise. Prompt communication by email and telephone.

Lyndsey was very helpful and efficient sorting out our cancelled cruise and rebooking it for the same time next year. Also changing our flight to a different airport, which is a better flight time. Many thanks again

Six star cruises have proved to be excellent on numerous occasions. Very good teamwork and highly competitive on pricing. We normally use Dan who is very good, highly knowledgable, and extremely helpful. We have just used Emma (Dan on holiday) who also demonstrates excellent customer care skills and is meticulous to detail whilst dealing with several different issues. Many thanks to both Dan and Emma.

I had the pleasure of Janet Cain In customer services assisting me with 2 cruises i had booked with oceania. I needed things sorting out over the virus and she went over and above to help me and resolve everything. Janet is a real credit to Six Star cruises and i have to add i have booked quite a few cruises now with six star and are a pleasure to deal with, especially Catherine Divan in sales.

I was contacted by Lisa Mallon about a cruise in Asia , she answered my questions with expertise and her emails followed very quickly giving me all the necessary information. I was able to book the cruise the same day. The whole process took about 3 hours as questions followed informative answers. Thanks Six Star Cruises

Specialist Service Concierge, Danielle Wynn when concluding my cancellation arrangements was patient, courteous, helpful, efficient and very professional. Could not have been better in sharp contrast to contacts during previous 4 weeks trying get other than conflicting information and having to get in touch with Oveania in order to clarify information received.
