We’re always very happy with the service we get from Laura (Wing) however we were disappointed that we didn’t receive the OBC detailed on the website for our most recent booking. It clearly states up to $1000 OBC on both our cruises (booked back to backs) but we’ve been advised this is not the case. I’d almost go as far as saying it’s false advertising. Very disappointed. I’ll attach photos.

Although our booking didn't go ahead, I cannot speak highly enough of Dan and Kat. They are professional and we would not hesitate in booking with them in the future.

Once you get a good conceirge who looks after you professionally everything is great. Beware though if you are handed across to the ' colleugues/team'. Who knows what could happen then?

Initially it was a bit confusing but that was partly my fault and once Rebecca and I got on the same wavelength then that was why I proceeded with my booking I am confident that with positivity that everything will go smoothly with Rebecca as my support.

Our go to concierge is Laura and has been for years for many cruises. All delivered with professionalism and enthusiasm. Our most recent, with Cunard, was a delight and delivered without issue. The problems encountered with the cruise line over flights on our next cruise was resolved when she intervened when she was on holiday. Very grateful to Laura and her colleagues for sorting out what could have been a messy return journey from our next cruise.

Not everything goes right but for me one of the main indicators of a good Company is the way they deal with issues where we have found SixStar first rate

On the whole a very professional company. I don't think I have come across one person at six star cruises who does not go out of their way to help you. Phones are always answered professionally ( Love the fact that they match up your name to your number on the automated phone system... quite a unique personal touch) They don't always know the answer to your questions but will always try to find out. Only one slight niggle... hence the four stars on a couple of Occasions a person has promised to get back to me and they have not... maybe just very busy) On the whole as far as using a travel agency goes six star cruises are a very friendly and professional company.

I've used six-star cruises many times and always get great service. Claire our sales agent was fantastic. Our only gripe was the advertised price was incorrect and we ended up paying a few hundred pounds more. Still, six-star was the best price on the net!

We booked our next cruise last week with Nicola Atkinson for a trans atlantic trip with Oceania cruises. She dealt with our booking efficiently with a friendly manner and kept us informed of any changes. Unfortunately the only problem was that having paid a deposit a call 15minutes later informed us that the full costs needed to be made due to the sailing time being in April 2024 which caught us off guard.

Six Star Cruises' booking process was very good, except that the agent's phone line quality was poor - presumably not her (or your) fault.
