“Laura was helpful and experienced in dealing with customers. It was a pleasure to speak to her and she efficiently catered to our needs. It was one of the quickest bookings we have made which was appreciated. No big sell, just straightforward booking and payment. Was offered any assistance in the future.”

“Shirley McCue really helped me last night and again today. She asked me my requirements and speedily came back to me with a quote. This was followed up by telephone calls and swift emails. In this day and age you often do not get top class service but this has been outstanding. Thank you to Shirley for going that extra mile 😊😊😊”

“Lisa, our Sales Concierge, was a ‘star’ as usual. She went out of her way to help us get the best cabin at the best price on our recently booked cruise. She even worked on her day off to secure the booking for us.”
