Rebecca Rimmer our travel consultant was absolutely marvellous sorting out our holiday and dealing efficiently with our queries and getting us the best deal possible. We will be contacting Rebecca again in the future to book our next cruise.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Shirley Mccue today. Who left me in no doubt that every point I raised was answered with knowledge, professionalism and yet a personal service, a friend passing on the best advise. Something not encountered from any other cruise sales company. We have cruised for many years and been with many cruise companies. On this occasion the cruise was not for us, not based on price that was good with no hidden surprises! We just reflected on the amount of sea days and limited time at the final destination which is why we enquired about the cruise in the first place. But what it did show us, is the difference between someone who knows what they are doing, and how to put it across, leaving no question unanswered. Filling you with confidence that you were getting the right cruise for you. All the small points covered, nothing left to chance. When a cruise that is right for us comes up, we know who we will be asking for. Thank you Shirley.

When things are going well it should be easy but when things are not going well that is when customer service really counts. Estelle Peachey stepped in when there were issues with booking our flights and when the Cruise company were slow to respond she made a direct contact which resolved the issue quickly.

We were lost in a myriad of different options for a river cruise so we contacted Rebecca and gave her all the parameters for our choices and she came back with a range of options from different cruise providers- of which met our needs. we broke this down into just three final options and she managed to answer all our questions making the end choice simple and easy. initially she came back within about 20 minutes. she saved us an enormous amount of time and we ended up with the perfect cruise. better still it cost us nothing to use this service

Our first cruise was a really wonderful experience. Shirley, the cruise concierge, was amazing with the booking & advice & I was so delighted that all the transfers, flights, hotel as well as the cruise were perfectly organised & seamless, making for a relaxed, stress free holiday. My husband was delighted with his surprise 70th birthday present & we are already thinking about another cruise. Thank you so much.

We have been booking between 3 and 7 cruises a year with Rebecca Rimmer for many years. Her professionalism and attention to detail is exceptional. Dealing with Lisa was great ..very knowledgeable and friendly with it . I prefer dealing with just one person whilst making a decision on which cruise or room I’m deciding on .And she returned my calls at the time requested. The price is great ..cheaper than booking directly with Seabourn .

This is our third booking with Six Star Cruises (Six Star, Seabourn, Celebrity X) and Shirley, our cruise concierge has always been able to put together a cruise package that has met our requirements. Shirley has always been helpful and friendly and listened to what we’d like to do with regards to hotels pre and post cruise

First time we enquired about a cruise they we offering. Very informative, helpful and went though everything.... decided to go ahead with booking. Very good service and confirmation of booking was prompt and very thorough... we were given our own consultant who will take care of us ... excellent service.... extremely efficient.

We were recommended Six Star Cruises by a friend, and the booking process has certainly been easy. Shirley was helpful throughout , and was able to fulfill our request to fly from a local airport. Let’s hope the actual holiday is as trouble free 😊
