An absolute delight to have booked my cruise with Lisa Paterson. Lisa is always so friendly and attentive, she listens to our requests, and always manages to get us exactly what we are looking for. Excellent customer service, we couldn't ask for more, most definitely 5* service. Thank you Lisa :)

Just returned from an 11 night Azamara cruise of Aegean Sea including Egypt, Turkey and Greek Islands. We had excellent service from Lisa from start to finish, no problems at all. The holiday was really good, a fair price, on board was a great relaxing time with excellent food and staff.

Telephone conversations were good. However the arrival of the documents was dreadful. really dreadful. There were so many blank pages resulting with 13 pages to be printed to have a hard copy. This could have been halved!!! Please reorganise this and send me an abridged copy again. This is not the excellent service I have received from Six Star in the past.

Having been tempted by a massively reduced Silversea cruise advertised on your website, I phoned the number on a Sunday morning without any real expectations of speaking to a human being. But Laura picked up the phone within seconds and half an hour later everything was booked! She was an absolute star
