We were very pleased with the information given by Lisa regarding a cruise on a ship that we have never used before. She helped us with all our queries very promptly and we booked a cruise without any research by ourselves.

We have been using Six star cruises for years and Dan Mahon is our conceige. We always use Dan as the service we receive is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble ,even if Dan is not available the rest of the team are always excellent Keep,up,the good work

Katie was and is very helpful. My late husband and I booked our cruises only with Six Star Cruises and I would recommend the company to anyone. Another excellent experience with Seabourn and all organised by Rebecca (Rimmer) at Six Star Cruises. We cruise at least twice a year and only ever use Six Star as they consistently offer great service and pricing.

Our passport details were “lost”. We heard this a few days before departure and while mistakes can happen, they were photos of our passports- not any old information. I had the email verifying that the information had been sent in august but the concierge couldn’t find it in her system. This was all a bit troubling. And it happened on a Saturday evening. Then I heard nothing from the concierge with whom I had booked- not an explanation, not an apology, nothing. I usually do all my own bookings, and I will be reverting back to that behavior. I still am waiting for an explanation!

As always Stacey goes above and beyond to sort out our bookings. We were away on a cruise (obviously booked with Stacey!) and were keen to take advantage of a Regent offer and Stacey managed to hold this for us till our return, so we were able to secure a great cabin at an amazing price! Thank you!
