Superb customer service from our Concierge Phil, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced and he ensured that all of our requirements for the cruise were fulfilled and that he would be available for anything further that we may require, overall a first class service and experience.

A very straight forward booking process and the correct amount of follow ups, however would have been 5 stars except we were told our cruise included a premium drinks package which when we arrived on board was not the case. May have just been a misunderstanding on what a premium drinks package was for this cruise by the agent. My advice write down everything discussed and check when your booking comes through that it matches. Overall a good service service though and we enjoyed our cruise.

Excellent booking procedure and Clare was extremely helpful. Good to know that she will be our dedicated support in future and gave me a specific telephone number. That makes all the difference. Another Oceania cruise and package booked with Shirley with ease and professionalism. No fuss: an e mail, a couple of phone calls, she has all our details, and the deed is done at super speed! Enquired today about a cruise with Ponant. We spoke to Rebecca Rimmer, who was exceptionally professional but also very personable and knowledgable. She put us at ease immediately and went that extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted from the cruise. Rebecca even reviewed the same cruise on a different date to get us a better deal. We’re booked and can’t wait to go.
