I’m very unhappy with six star cruises and the difficulty I having with them in getting a refund of my money for my expensive holiday. I’m unhappy I’ve had a refund credit note imposed on me with no agreement or discussion of this. Dealing with the sales team to resolve is both frustrating and upsetting and if I hear about ABTA or ATOL well ... All I ask for is my money back within my consumer rights please. I’ve got more bookings with six star regrettably but after these will prefer to go to the lines directly as I’ve really lost confidence with this agent.

I want to say thank you to Stacey for all help with my cruise booking. She deserves an award as I have been a bit of a pain with our booking, but Stacey has been extremely helpful and supportive. This is my first booking with six star cruises and the service so far has been excellent. Well done.

Very customer focused, understood our needs and was very effective in achieving them. Katy was warm, friendly and patient dealing with our requests and succeeded in securing us the cruise we wanted with good flight options. Our cruise was “tailored” and not simply packaged. I have no hesitation in recommending Sixstarcruises and Katy in particular. Thank you

Lisa was very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, friendly and warm. I cannot appraise six star cruises as such yet as I’ve not cruised with them before, but their prices are extremely competitive, so if they match this with a great cruise experience, it’s a win win and six stars from me!

Not everything goes right but for me one of the main indicators of a good Company is the way they deal with issues where we have found SixStar first rate

I have been using Dan from Six Star now for the past 3 cruises and am very happy. I would recommend this company and especially Dan to all my friends. He has been patient, knowledgable and very understanding.

I booked my cruise with Claire Chadburn. Claire is so warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She explained everything in a clear and concise way. She is very knowledgeable and I had complete confidence in everything she said. Claire is a real asset to your company. Well done Claire and thank you ☺️

From the booking of the cruise Six Star are very efficient but we felt let down by: 1) airport transfers not turning up on two occasions, once in Amsterdam and once in Reykjavik 2)options not offered before and after cruise eg staying an extra night in port 3) choice of airline when we lost air miles in booking Iberia rather than BA although advertised as BA flights

The staff at Six Star cruises are very helpful - once you actually get them. My own experience is, that they were struggling to cope with the number of callers, I did not get called back when I was told I would be, it took ages to get an agent on the phone in the first place, and I then (after paying what the agent requested as a deposit) got an email the next day, demanding the balance as it was overdue! This is not what I expect from Six Star, I've booked with them before, and not had this hassle. The girls whom I spoke to however were very helpful and got my cruise booked.

Last year we did have problems due to staff issues at 6* cruises. This year so far the booking has been smooth and the staff helpful. They have returned my calls and dealt with our issues well.

I have used six star cruises on many occasions and had excellent service but my last experience was not up to their usual standard. I never actually got a telephone call from my concierge it was always email me please, when sometimes a discussion is needed. I understand all travel has had issues but being asked for final balance of around £7000 before i even had my flights booked was ridiculous. I found i was the one chasing everything that needed doing, it did not help being given wrong reference numbers for flights and being told to ring BA myself to sort it. The whole process from cruising re opening to going on my cruise has definitely not been six star. The only way i got to speak to someone was to call the number to book a holiday and i was answered within minutes! NOT GOOD SIX STAR

I was told at the point of sale I was booking a package. I was told I could cancel up to the day before . I was told Azamara do not use budget airlines such as Easy Jet. Upon cancellation due to Covid ,I was told my booking is not a package although the. Definition of a package is at least two elements of the booking must be done through a travel agency . the lady who took this call advised me Azamara will refuse boarding anyone who has had Covid within the last 10 days . I am now aware Azamara do use Easy Jet and I could have booked from my local airport direct other than Lufthansa with stops in Frankfurt. So no I have had a misleading costly and worrying time booking with Six Star Cruises.
