Lyndsey was very helpful and efficient sorting out our cancelled cruise and rebooking it for the same time next year. Also changing our flight to a different airport, which is a better flight time. Many thanks again

Excellent service from Estelle. You need more like her! Estelle was able to answer my concerns with clarity and has a clear but compassionate manner while explaining the current situation and the consequences of my choices for my planned cruise.

Six star cruises have proved to be excellent on numerous occasions. Very good teamwork and highly competitive on pricing. We normally use Dan who is very good, highly knowledgable, and extremely helpful. We have just used Emma (Dan on holiday) who also demonstrates excellent customer care skills and is meticulous to detail whilst dealing with several different issues. Many thanks to both Dan and Emma.

I had the pleasure of Janet Cain In customer services assisting me with 2 cruises i had booked with oceania. I needed things sorting out over the virus and she went over and above to help me and resolve everything. Janet is a real credit to Six Star cruises and i have to add i have booked quite a few cruises now with six star and are a pleasure to deal with, especially Catherine Divan in sales.

LYNDSEY CONTACTED ME ABOUT MY CANCELLED CRUISE AND GAVE ME THE OPTIONS AND ARRANGED REBOOKING FOR NEXT YEAR.. ALL SORTED EFFICENTLY IN NO TIME AT ALL.

I was contacted by Lisa Mallon about a cruise in Asia , she answered my questions with expertise and her emails followed very quickly giving me all the necessary information. I was able to book the cruise the same day. The whole process took about 3 hours as questions followed informative answers. Thanks Six Star Cruises

Specialist Service Concierge, Danielle Wynn when concluding my cancellation arrangements was patient, courteous, helpful, efficient and very professional. Could not have been better in sharp contrast to contacts during previous 4 weeks trying get other than conflicting information and having to get in touch with Oveania in order to clarify information received. I spoke with Lindsay today about my cruise in August. I was a bit worried about it as I needed to rebook for next year for a disabled access cabin. She was fantastic, and made the whole process so easy, so now with her help I am rebooked for 2021 and can sit back knowing that it’s all sorted out. Don’t forget, be nice to these people who are doing a great job under the circumstances.

Unfortunately I had a stroke so we decided to cancel our forthcoming cruise next March,as the flights were very long. Dan helped us to rebook a cruise with shorter flights. Thank you Dan

I understand that every business has been disrupted by Corona virus, however most companies at least eventually get around to answering emails. I emailed our Specialist Travel Concierge 2 weeks ago and we have been promised a reply and are still waiting. What is the purpose of dealing with SIX STAR cruises when you simply cannot get hold of them in a time of a problem. Even there Live Chat does not work. Even if people are working from home, they should be able to respond electronically to customers. Six Star Cruises are happy to take your money and thereafter they simply leave you to try and sort your problems out. Really disappointed. The wheel will turn when the virus is controlled and customers will remember their past experience when choosing another cruise.

We’ve booked with Six Star on a few occasions, but this was by way and far the best experience we’ve ever had. Sandie was fabulous, she took the time and the extra effort to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Perfect service ... thank you!!

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 problems, we had to change a Celebrity cruise that had booked, from June 2020 to August 2020.. The back-log meant that we waited for nearly two weeks before Six Star contacted us to resolve the problem. However, once they did get back to us, the change was done without any fuss or extra charges. I can recommend their service.

Scott was our agent. Arranged a rebooking after our summer cruise cancelled due to Covid. Answered every query, most helpful. Made sure we had exactly what we wanted. Very impressed with level of service and we are very happy with the deal we have been given.
