“Customer service was excellent with no pressure to book immediately. Price was reasonable taking account of length of cruise and distance. All was explained clearly. I would have liked some initial help with entry requirements in each port and some idea of vaccinations required All in all a good experience”

“Laura was very friendly and professional. We have booked with Six Star Cruises many times but Laura went the extra mile. We enjoyed our cruise with Silversea but we're disappointed with the layout of the ship and it is a lot bigger than other Silversea ships. There is a lot of wasted areas and the positioning of the toilets could be improved.”

“We have booked via Six Star for the past 13/14 years and dealt with Laura Wing for the last 9/10 years, we are very happy with the service we receive from Laura we would not use another cruise company as any problems / amendments we have had to make Laura and six star are always there to help us, ensure we get the best price etc! Six star service from Laura !”

“Calling from the U.S. to book the Ritzy Travel Guide group cruise for 30 August2027, Rebecca Rimmer made it easy for us to book by phone. She was friendly and answered all our questions and provided us with clear, necessary information before taking deposit. Within minutes of concluding our booking, she emailed us an invoice and then continued with another email providing information on logging in to SixStar ensure to manage our booking, restaurant reservation dates for our category, and a link to log into Oceania's website, as well. Very pleased, very efficient. I would also like to thank Jodie who was my initial contact by email over the weekend when Ritzy Travel Guide first uploaded their video announcing the group opportunity. Despite the 5 hr time difference and weekend, she emailed us assuring us we were added to cruise booking list and SixStar would follow up. Wouldn't hesitate to contact OR book more European travel with SixStar. Thank you, Rebecca and Jodie”

“We used Six Star for our first cruise earlier this year and Stacey did an excellent job in taking us through the process. We were then contacted direct by the cruise line with offers for a second cruise. However, the cruise line was totally inefficient and we got in a complete pickle. We contacted Stacey and she responded within minutes, sorting out our problem and actually getting us a better deal than the one offered by the cruise line. I highly recommend using Six Star Cruises.”

“Six Star Cruises put us in contact with Rebecca Rimmer and that soon made us very happy. Over the last couple of years Rebecca has got to know our preferences and that speeds things along. She is very knowledgeable and communicates really well, that includes quickly getting back to us when we leave messages. Our river cruises are not cheap but we have confidence that SS Cruises and Rebecca will arrange a value for money trip. Thank you”
