Have used this company on several occasions and always been extremely happy with the service. However, the wheels seem to have come off! I emailed on 8th November regarding flights for a cruise in 2020 that has been fully paid for, and got a standard 'out of office' reply from the concierge. No problem there. Except I have subsequently emailed twice, and left a voice message for the concierge to call me ..... still waiting for a response. Not what I expect for an £11k cruise. If the concierge is unable to respond then someone else should be doing so on her behalf.

your representative Janet Cain worked tirelessly to answer or research any enquiries we had with regards to our recent our flights and transatlantic crossing on Azamara Journey to Miami. Even as experienced cruisers her help and kindness was much appreciated to ensure that everything on the holiday worked as well as it could to may our holiday thoroughly enjoyable. she is a credit to your company.

I booked my special holiday with Greg who tailored it to my requirements which it was pleasure to speak with. Treated me like he would his family. We have always had exceptional service from Six Star Cruises. Today Danielle Wynn has helped us with our ESTA application. She also ensured that we had all relevant information regarding our Cruise in February.

My experience with your Janet Cain your companies Specialist Concierge was exceptional. Had time and patience to deal with my payment together with talking me through every stage of administration etc. Will deal with plane seating requests when Riviera have available dates.In addition contacted Riviera Travel to ensure I was getting the up to date deals which resulted in a £300 discount.Janet Cain went far beyond her "Call of Duty"and I would have awarded her more stars if available. Janet is a credit to your company and should be suitably rewarded.It gives me confidence in re booking again with your company and I again have no hesitation in awarding her 5*****

excellent service offered by 6 star cruises. They called me when they said they would and we booked our 4th cruise with them. The same concierge looks after us each time. She regularly keeps in touch and is more like a friend than a cruise agent. 6 stars for 6 star!

Laura was extremely helpful in taking me through the booking process yesterday tailoring a guided tour in Rome to our requirements rather than the "standard" one that was offered and also booking us into an hotel that we favoured rather than the one normally suggested. She could not have been more helpful and the only slight downside seemed to be the response time of the system that she was using which lengthened the booking process significantly. Nevertheless I was very satisfied and if the arrangements turn out as they should then I shall be delighted.

Be warned! We have decided not to take a couple of cruises we have booked. At first they said we would loose all the deposit, despite the cruise line taking nothing as the cruise is a year away. This was then changed to £150/person/cruise + £29.99 charge. So they want £600+ and the cruise line itself takes nothing. I have been told this will be waved if we book another cruise.

We are sorry that you have had to cancel a couple of cruises. Our cancellation charges are £150 pp plus £29.99 booking fee as per our terms and conditions. Although we charge a cancellation fee we issue a future cruise deposit to this value to be used on your next booking. The deposit does not have an expiry date and can be transferred to another person if required.
