Worried a travel concierge has moved Machu Picchu from Peru to Argentina so concerned about the rest of our booking arrangements too especially transfer & hotels as we are both 75 & this is the trip of a lifetime to celebrate this & 56 year wedding anniversary

The lady I talked to Laney was fabulous - knew everything and nothing was too much trouble. Sadly it took 20 minutes to get through which is unacceptable

We are extremely busy throughout January. We are trying our best to keep wait times to a minimum but sadly it hasn't always been possible. We have booked with SixStar Cruises over a number of years and always had good service. This year we decided to book a River Cruise which is new to us, having always done ocean cruises. We spoke with Laura Wing. She was so helpful, very courteous and efficient. It also helped a great deal that she had actually been on the same ship we were enquiringly about, her hints and tips were excellent! We felt very confident to book after Laura's excellent service. I'm sure we will have a great time!

They were charming when I made my booking for a couple of days in Rome followed by a cruise on Royal Clipper. But, hotel in Rome had not been confirmed by them and we were left sitting on the hotel steps all afternoon. Eventually, new hotel,then,despite several reminders, the transfer to the boat failed to arrive. I found them really difficult to get any help from and to communicate with. Even worst,getting the refund for the taxi we had to organise and the small cost of a guided tour we had to miss, was excruciating. Any small compensation for the ruined time in Rome was out of the question. Royal clipper was great and anyone should book directly with them, NOT six star cruises.

Have just booked another holiday with Andrew Freeman and very pleased with the service again. He is thorough, easy to deal with and puts the whole package together to suit our requirements. He has always been very helpful and available to answer any queries.

HAVE DEALT WITH LISA AND STACEY OVER THE LAST FEW BOOKINGS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS GONE OUT THEIR WAY TO ENSURE MY WIFE AND I OBTAIN THE BEST DEAL AND EXACTLY WHAT WE REQUIRE FOR A COMPLETELY SATISFYING CRUISE. JUST BOOKED FOR APRIL WITH WE HOPE MANY MORE TO FOLLOW ! THANKS A LOT....

I have dealt with SixStar for many years now. The service and organisation is second to none. I would highly recommend them. Most recently I’ve been dealing with Danielle and Stacey who provide excellent customer service.

Phoned up today as I had a query regarding our booking . I spoke to Estelle who went through it with me and dealt with it within minutes by speaking to Azamara and confirming that everything was ok . That was top class service.

Stacy gave great insight into the relative merits of the cruises we were contemplating and helped us take advantage of the Signature Savings Event. Professional from start to finish and I'm sure once we have fleshed out the remainder of our trip she will continue to help with the insider tips for getting the best deal and experience.
