Booked a cruise and paid deposit. Then found I couldn’t obtain reasonable travel insurance for the countries on itinerary. Phoned only two hours after booking to cancel. Told I would lose ALL of our deposit, or £250 if we booked another cruise with Regent. Frightened into booking alternative cruise with Regent. In the end, no deposit lost but a salutary experience. The concierge has been as helpful as she could have been. But, would not book through Six Star again. Also, they have not been willing to honour the ‘lowest price’ guarantee.

Thank you for your review, I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with Six Star cruises, we pride ourselves on delivering a remarkable experience however having read your comments it is clear you do not feel this is the case, therefore a thorough investigation is needed, I will contact you direct in this regard.

I have just booked my fifth cruise with Donna Worship and would not consider dealing with anyone else. She is so helpful, patient , knowledgable and nothing is to much trouble. Truly an asset to her company . Take my advice and ask for her , it will make spending all that money a pleasure. We are now booked for summer 2020 on Splendour

Make sure when you call you ask for Donna Worship, she is truly a star. She is so knowledgable about the cruises , each company and is so patient as I always start off with a number of cruises I am interested in she provides quotes and information to help us narrow it down. I have booked for the fifth year running with her ( seven seas splendour summer 2020). She is a credit to her company.

I just want to say a big thank you to Stacey for helping us book our first regent seven seas cruise. From the first call she was very friendly, approachable and most definitely not pushy. She was very knowledgeable about the cruise and answered all our questions and we felt we could ask her any concerns we had and they would be answered. We did have questions and she promptly replied to all emails. I look forward to our upcoming cruise and no doubt asking her more questions. The quote was competitive and we thought the customer service much better with Six star and Stacey assured us she would help us along the journey for booking dining and excursions etc. 😀 Sent from my iPhone

We initially booked 2 cruises with Six Star. Before we have even taken the first trip, they changed travel consultants with no notification to us. We eventually managed to find out who has taken over our account. This transition has been a nightmare with the new consultant being incompetent. As we are travelling in 10 days we have been trying to obtain our hotel and transfer vouchers. The consultant has been of no help at all. We are still without our vouchers and she still has not replied to our request to call us. Would appreciate a call from a Manager from Six Star Cruises and also for our account to be allocated to a competent advisor. Really annoyed and disappointed about the lack of service.

I have used Six Star Cruises before and found them extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to future travellers. Janet and Emma have been first class, nothing is too much trouble.

We have always found Six Star Cruises very good. We are very happy with Andrew Whittle who has looked after our resent bookings extremely well and always answered any questions we Have had promptly and efficiently. We have always had good service from Six Star Cruises.

This is my third time of booking a cruise with Six Star Cruises. I have always recieved the best price. Customer service is first class, My cruise concierge always goes above and beyond making sure everything goes smoothly. Once booked you just sit back and everything is done for you....Thankyou Andy for all your help and advice first class service as always....

Andy Freeman is very polite and friendly not at all pushy like some other companies I have dealt with. The deal he provided us with was well below what I had anticipated and he also booked our seats and speciality restaurant on board our cruse. Many thanks.

Stacey was very helpful in refining our cruise selection and explaining the flight and transfer options to us. She also got what we thought was a great price for the trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services and those of her colleagues at Six Star Cruises who helped with our booking.
