I have just booked another cruise with Andrew Freeman and as always he is approachable, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Any emails I send are always answered with queries resolved. Great service once again- thank you!

Following my experience I would not recommend Six Star Cruises to anyone. We're due to go on a Cruise holiday on Monday next week. Since we booked in February 2019 our booking has been fraught with problems, all caused by Six Star Cruises. They failed to confirm our booked excursions in our invoice and final confirmation. On two separate occasions for two different flights they failed to notify us of changes or make the necessary changes to the transfers. I had to chase up Six Star Cruises today to ensure we got out final documents before our departure. When we did get them a voucher was missing for one of our two excursions. The booking experience with Six Star Cruises has been most stressful and caused a lot of inconvenience to put right. If we had not found out about our flight changes by chance our cruise holiday would have been in tatters. I've made an official complaint to Six Star Cruises via their "feedback". They have failed to provide a reliable service. If you choose to book with them you do so at your own risk.

I am very impressed with the service that Six Star Cruises provided. They are polite, helpful and fully informed of all the options available. It’s also good to know that the staff have experiences some of the ships and cruises that they are selling. They are very competitive on price too. I would highly recommend booking through this company.

Always use Six Star Cruises and Laura Wing to book our holidays. Nothing is too much trouble and everything always runs smoothly. Would certainly recommend Laura and Six Star.

I previously booked my river trip with Gillian, who was brilliant, but I had a fe more questions and spoke to Lyndsey today. She was incredibly efficient and sorted all my queries immediately in a professional and pleasant manner. I wanted to book a lounge pass at Singapore airport and she immediately offered to do this for me, saving me having to go through it myself. I have to say I have been very impressed by the treatment I have received through River Voyages and would definitely recommend them.

I spoke with Danielle Wynn today and asked several questions relating to our booked holiday through Six Star Cruises. Danielle was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and emailed me back the same day with confirmation of details we discussed. What efficiency and pleasantness!

Spoke to keeley Degriffa today to pay final balance on cruise and ask few questions.keeley was so helpful nothing too much trouble have booked many cruises but Keeley at 6star went out of her way to help. Outstanding service. Also Stacey Williams who took our original booking was extremely helpful too and made sure we got our complimentary wine! Thanks Stacey we will enjoy it!

Janet Cain provided excellent assistance when on paying the balance of our cruise on Eclipse (in March) the other day I had a number of questions and uncertainties which for me required clarification. Janet took me through each aspect of our itinerary in appropriate detail and at the end of our conversation I was left feeling secure in the knowledge that all I wanted to ask had been addressed with great clarity for which I am most appreciative.

We have used several companies in booking our cruises. The last two cruises we have bad experiences mainly being sold incorrect information. However, we have had excellent service by Sandie Collier when booking our last cruise. She helped us and is very aware of the customer‘s needs. In fact in future we will ask her to book our cruises because she is indeed very helpful.

Very friendly, efficient and willing to give extra advice and help every time. Today Janet was excellent and also she had a good sense of humour, really nice to work with whilst paying the balance for our forthcoming cruise. Always an excellent company.
