“I have booked three cruises with Six Star, and while i am reasonably satisfied I am a little disappointed more recently in some of the response times to requests for information compared to other companies I have used in the past. My time is valuable and I don’t want to spend hours waiting around for callbacks. While I’m not complaining, I just felt your response times are not as outstanding as your mantra would suggest, it was just ok. For example after calling about suite upgrades, I was told my concierge was busy but the consultant would send her a message to call me back. This did not happen so after a couple of hours I called again. Again, I was told my consultant was just coming off the phone and would call me in about ten minutes. After an hour or so waiting, I was about to call the cruise company direct when I noticed the consultant had emailed me rather than calling. This was frustrating as I was expecting a call back rather than email. I also requested information about drinks packages but didn’t think the consultant was particularly knowledgeable about this and actually got more accurate information online from the cruise company! As I mentioned, your service is OK but not outstanding so I’m only providing this feedback to help you address these issues. I do think your concierge staff are very friendly and willing to help. They just need to understand that your competition are always very quick in responding and I think this is important! It’s not always about price.”

“Fantastic service from Laura Wing she went over and above what we expected from Six Star - absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for her - she was patient and understanding all the way through booking our holiday. I would most definitely recommend her - lovely lady. We cannot thank her enough for all her time and trouble in sorting out quite a complex cruise with flights.”

“Our previous booking agent retired and after extensive research we have chosen Stacey at Six Star Cruises as our new booking agent, I would highly recommend her, she is professional, efficient and proactive. We didn't just want someone who would just price a cruise, we wanted help with the where and when as well and she has been great at making suggestions and highlighting offers.”

“This is the first time I have used Six Star and I have to say all future cruises will be booked via Six Star. I have dealt with two members of staff both of whom have been friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Almost more impressively their co-ordination and team work has been excellent”

“The quote for the cruise I wished to transfer to was too expensive and presented to me in one lump sum. I was told that was how it was and could not be separated into the different component parts. However, I rang again today, explained everything to Beth who immediately understood my point of view . Beth then went through the paperwork, consulted with her manager and came up with a new package for my chosen cruise at a considerable saving. I could not be more pleased. Beth was efficient, thorough and very nice to talk to. I was really lucky that Beth answered the phone today. Beth is a real asset to Six Star Cruises. Best Wishes Pam Hardisty”

“I had spoken with Emily Whiteside on a previous occasion during an enquiry about a cruise I was considering. I did not go ahead with a booking at that time, but I was so impressed with Emily's helpfulness & competence, I decided that the next cruise I enquired about would be through Emily.
