“We have just booked a tailor made cruise and land stay with Mark Saxton and can only praise his helpfulness in putting together a package for us. He helped with upgraded flights and a pre cruise visit to Siem Reap. We had a few questions and he was able to answer these in full and very quickly. Very much looking forward to our trip next February / March.”

“Andrew Freeman is an excellent travel consultant. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he thinks of every detail. He always returns calls and never rushes conversations and gives very helpful advise. Also, despite putting in a lot of work on quotes he never presses us to book - and sometimes we don’t! We have now booked 3 cruises with Six Star and anticipate booking more.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Andrew Whittle for his outstanding customer service skills in effectively booking my cruise to the Caribbean. He was very tolerant and understanding when my pension lump sum was delayed and he kept my original booking 'live' until my pension formalities were confirmed and paid. He also ensured that i got the best deal available on the market, his customer service skills are outstanding and he is a credit to the organisation, thank you Andrew. In addition i would also like to mention Katy who contacted me to check all was well with my booking, she conducted last minute checks and confirmed my booking, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Customer service skills displayed by Andrew and Katy are rare indeed and they should be congratulated for their performance. I will be recommending Six Star Cruises to my friends and colleagues and i will be using the comapny again for my future holiday plans, once again my sincere thanks to Andrew and Katy.”

“Katie has been so polite and helpful in many ways. She has pointed out suitable suites for us and gave us a good price for our package. She is very approachable and very tolerant with us whilst we made up our mind about our new booking. Thanks Katie.”

“Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to defer are cruise dates to a later date this was dealt with promptly in understanding manner Mark Sexton who was dealing with are booking proved to be very professional with the advice that was given re-upgrade of are fourth coming cruise thank you Mark”
