They were friendly and approachable - even if the required follow-through and care given / attention to detail was poor. Knowledgeable about the itinerary, but perhaps at the expense of other important aspects. I've learned that for complex inquiries you still have to take the initiative and do the due diligence and proactive work yourself!

Joyce took the stress out of me trying to sort the Ryanair check-in, bless her, she did everything we needed to do both going out and travelling back. This was such a relief knowing everything was in order, made me very happy. Thankyou so much Joyce.

Bridie Horridge a Six Star Concierge has been most helpful and friendly in finding the flights for my wife and I to join a cruise next February round the South Pacific Islands, with and extra ten days in Tahiti, and a stop over at a family wedding in Atlanta Georgia. She has gone out of her way to get us a good deal on the cruise ship and find suitable flights.

This is the second time I've used Six Star but our first cruise hasn't take place yet (October). Will respond on that in due course. But, just booked our 25th anniversary cruise in January with Stacey Williams. She was wonderfully helpful if recognising and responding to our requirements finding different offers and tailor-making a superb Caribbean itinerary before and after the cruise. Great attention around flight issues and sound advice in terms of value for money. Would certainly use her (and Six Star) again. Thank you Stacey we're ecited about our trip.

Six Star Price not Six Star After Sales Service. My Cruise with Six Star Cruises to the Far East ends in Hong Kong. At the time of booking I had not decided on whether a day room was required or not, so, I paid for a transfer from Cruise terminal to Airport (25 Kilometres). I was told these elements of the trip could be easily changed or added later. Service to this point was great. Full payment including the transfers became due and this was paid. After full payment a change took place, Responsive Service but with little or no help. I was now told the Day Room could not be booked by Six Star Cruises and that this would be down to me. So, I booked my own day room. New transfers were required which effectively added one additional journey of 4 Kilometres to the overall requirement. This carried the price tag of £148.00, No further details were provided. I was told the £148.00 with no detail of it’s make up, was the figure provided by the supplier and they were unable (or unwilling) to seek more information. No additional detail has been provided. However, Six Star Cruises don’t see the issue and continue to ask if I wish to proceed. So, a Great Service Promise but quickly wash their hands at the first sign of trouble. I am not aware of a Commercial Organisation who do not keep a very tight control over their Suppliers. This ensures the best service and competitive edge can be provided to its Customers. This is not the case with Six Star Cruises Situation remains unresolved! Such a Pity but Please be Beware!!

Unfortunately, when adding an additional element on to a booking we quote the price given by our supplier for the journey requested. So glad I contacted Six Star cruises to get some cruise ideas for 2020. Stacey has found us an amazing deal, a 19 day cruise, with flights and two nights stay at hotels before and after cruise, for less than we would have paid for just the suite if we had booked elsewhere. Cruise is a long way off yet, but already Stacey has been very helpful and her cruise knowledge was very useful when it came to choosing which suite. It's very comforting knowing we can leave all the travel details in such capable hands. Will definitely recommend this company to any friends or family thinking of cruising.

Excellent and prompt response to my queries which I have to say are often multiple and far from straightforward. My usual Concierge is Donna Worsnip who is amazing but I have helped by others in the past particularly Emma Taylor. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I have recommended 6 Star to friends and that is the best testimony I can give.

Amazing service from start to finish. The lady I spoke to, Stacey, was knowledgeable as well as kind and courteous at all times. We were recommended to Six Star by a close friend and they certainly did not disappoint. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly call them again. A seamfree service which took no time atall to book our cruise.

Very,very disappointed with service on our booking; more sub standard than six star. From the failure to provide the initial booking confirmation, failure to provide cruise credit action, the incorrect company email address on the post payment confirmation, the incorrect port of disembarkation (shown as Miami rather than Fort Lauderdale - with an airport transfer time from Miami at 10.00am for a 7.30p.m. flight!) and the failure to upgrade the flight class information despite the promise of a quality check to ensure all details were loaded and booked correctly, we have had to repeatedly make contact to ensure the arrangements were as promised. Trying to find someone who might be able to provide reassurance that issues have been fully resolved is impossible - Chelsie Foster on maternity leave; Alison Earnshaw just taken over and unwilling to speak to customers; no information on parent company World Travel Holdings with the only website for them being staff feedback detailing poor pay and training. Plus the latest invoice is headed the Cruise Club? Who are they? So rather than looking forward to a pleasant cruise experience we are wondering: will the arranged Heathrow transfer time of 1 hour 20 mins. allow us to catch our connection as we have been assured? will our flights, transfers, hotels, tours and cruise be booked and available as required? will we arrive home rested and refreshed, or nervous wrecks?
