Excellent and prompt response to my queries which I have to say are often multiple and far from straightforward. My usual Concierge is Donna Worsnip who is amazing but I have helped by others in the past particularly Emma Taylor. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I have recommended 6 Star to friends and that is the best testimony I can give.

Amazing service from start to finish. The lady I spoke to, Stacey, was knowledgeable as well as kind and courteous at all times. We were recommended to Six Star by a close friend and they certainly did not disappoint. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly call them again. A seamfree service which took no time atall to book our cruise.

Very,very disappointed with service on our booking; more sub standard than six star. From the failure to provide the initial booking confirmation, failure to provide cruise credit action, the incorrect company email address on the post payment confirmation, the incorrect port of disembarkation (shown as Miami rather than Fort Lauderdale - with an airport transfer time from Miami at 10.00am for a 7.30p.m. flight!) and the failure to upgrade the flight class information despite the promise of a quality check to ensure all details were loaded and booked correctly, we have had to repeatedly make contact to ensure the arrangements were as promised. Trying to find someone who might be able to provide reassurance that issues have been fully resolved is impossible - Chelsie Foster on maternity leave; Alison Earnshaw just taken over and unwilling to speak to customers; no information on parent company World Travel Holdings with the only website for them being staff feedback detailing poor pay and training. Plus the latest invoice is headed the Cruise Club? Who are they? So rather than looking forward to a pleasant cruise experience we are wondering: will the arranged Heathrow transfer time of 1 hour 20 mins. allow us to catch our connection as we have been assured? will our flights, transfers, hotels, tours and cruise be booked and available as required? will we arrive home rested and refreshed, or nervous wrecks?

Firstly, please let me apologise that you felt the need to post a negative review, as this is not what one would expect when booking with a reputable company like Six-star cruises. Could not print off my boarding passes Really was in a panic Phoned River voyages and was put through to Joyce Hoyle who was so calm and helpful and sorted every thing out such a lovely person. Thank her so much

We booked our cruise with Stacey Williams who was wonderful. Her knowledge was second to none and she answered all our questions. She couldn't do enough for us. Also we feel that we can ring her and ask for further help, which we have done because we couldn't understand the booking of the trips, once again she went the extra mile forus.

They go over and beyond, to make your booking exactly as you wish. Nothing appears to be too much trouble. The agent was very knowledgeable which certainly helps. She also had an endless source of patience.

My wife and I regularly book cruises with Six Star Cruises, our preferred cruise line being Regent Seven Seas. We find the staff generally friendly and helpful. Usually efficient but on this occasion a consultant failed to call us back and we were only able to book the cruise we wanted at the second attempt. Six Star are competitive on price and have some attractive offers.

This is the second cruise I have booked with Matthew as he was so informative the first time. I had never sailed before and was very dubious about the whole thing. He listened to everything I requested and offered excellent advice. It turned out to be a very successful holiday that we enjoyed immensely. Due to that I booked another cruise with him. Once again he was charming, informative and unbelievably patient and always answered every question promptly with charm and courtesy. Nothing was too much trouble. I would always deal with him and believe him to be an valuable asset to your organisation .

Stacey was very helpful, looking at different flight options. She went through the itinerary in detail, so that we know exactly what is happening in each part of the trip. I would certainly use the company again.
