“Made contact with Dan and was able to speak to him directly when ever I had a query. Always followed up on any issued raised and gave me accurate info. Didn’t pester me when I had to put things on hold for a while. Second time we have booked with him.always ready to cost up various options.”

“We have just booked our third cruise through Six Star Cruises and once again your service through the Cruise concierges has been excellent and well beyond the general standard. Their ability to resolve any queries on the spot makes it so easy to book a cruise and then to confirm the details within minutes is super On the cruises we have traveled on all the arrangements made went like clockwork..”

“After booking, we discovered that there were lots of flights that were much better for us than the ones we had been told about by Six Star cruises. I don't know whether this was ignorance on the part of the agent, or whether Six Star Cruises were trying to maximise their own profit in some way. When I complained, I did not even get an apology. Six Star Cruises has cost me time and money, and I will not be using them again.”

Our customer service team have listened to the calls when Mrs Ainsworth made the booking and discussions mentioned flights from London Heathrow, as per the offer seen by Mrs Ainsworth on the website. Your booking was made as per your requirements and the best price at the time of your booking was with London Heathrow flights. However, as a gesture of goodwill we have offered alternatives. “The booking process excellent and prompt, however since booking a couple of small queries via email have not been answered, very disappointing - seems a bit like, you now have our money and now can’t be bothered to look after your customers”

“It was easy to make a booking and it was good to speak to someone who had been on the ship. Stacey certainly was very knowledgeable about all the details of the cruise and I look forward to dealing with her nearer the time of my cruise.”

“Every now and again you stumble across really good service which is nice to talk about and recommend to other customers. Our experience with Six Star started on Wednesday of last week and continued until we finally booked the cruise yesterday. During this period their consultant (Stacey) took our requirements and then came up with well thought out options. Problems were easily overcome and solutions found, we had lengthy discussion and it was great to find someone with good experience and professionalism who could answer every question or get back to us promptly with the answer. We do hope our cruise is as good as the booking experience.”

“A little early to say, not sailed yet! However the sales assistants I have so far dealt with have been excellent: very helpful and friendly. I particularly mention Rachael who took my final payment effortlessly and with good humour!”

“We decided to book a Silversea cruise, after having cruised with P&O and Royal Caribbean in the past. I looked at three itineraries before making a final decision. Dan was extremely helpful through the entire process. I had lots of questions which were answered patiently and promptly. At no point did I feel under pressure to make a booking. I would recommend Six Star Cruises and we use them again in the future.”

“We have been on several cruises over the past few years and have been in touch with Six Star Cruises in the past, but never booked through them. On this occasion we were really fortunate to connect with Laura Higgs. We were interested in a Caribbean cruise and after a chat about the sort of cruises we liked, places we had visited etc Laura researched the cruise and got back to us very quickly with not only cruise details but also flights. We decided not to book that particular cruise for various reasons but after such a wonderful experience working with Laura we told her we would definitely be in touch if we found another cruise we liked. At no time did we feel pressured to book the cruise. That is important to us as we like to look at reviews of the ship, study the itinerary in detail etc before committing. A week later, my husband saw another cruise advertised that really appealed to us. I contacted Laura and once again she found out all the information on the cruise and the flights for us. After doing some further research ourselves, we contacted Laura a couple of days later and booked the cruise with her. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me confirming all the details. Since booking we have had a few more questions and she has always responded promptly to our emails. From the minute I first spoke to Laura I had confidence in her ability to find us a good price on a cruise. Cruising is a competitive business and it is important that the booking agent is efficient and responds promptly to any questions or concerns. I can wholeheartedly recommend Laura for her warmth and friendliness and competent manner and we look forward to her being our cruise consultant for future cruises.”
