“Dear sir/madam I would like to give my feedback on my experience while booking with Six Star Cruises. I would like to inform you that Katy Porter and Dan who stood in for Katy when she was away did a sterling job on putting together my cruise package. Both Katy and Dan are a credit to the company with excellent work attitude, effort and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately all their hard work was undone when an incident regarding my booking arose. The incident centres around Azamara and its price reduction less than 14hrs after I made my booking. Katy again showed her skills in pointing me in the correct direction to try and resolve the situation. This is where I would like to thank Joyce Hoyle who works in admin, did everything she could to try and resolve my complaint with yourselves and Azamara. I believe Azamara are stubborn in their approach and attitude, while Joyce did her best to try and get a favourable outcome to my complaint, Azamara would not meet her on a compromise. Joyce is another member of staff who believes in customer satisfaction and is a credit to Six Star Cruises. All though my grievance has not been solved I cannot thank your staff enough for their effort. Many thanks and kind regards.”

“I found Matthew Cotton to be very affable and knowledgeable while booking our China cruise. He responded quickly to any enquiries/questions I had and provided a fully documented itinary. I am surprised though that there isn't any guidance from Sixstar cruises with regards to obtaining visas for China. My overall experience to date is excellent. Regards Terry Crowe”

Unfortunately, as Visa information can change and our cruise concierge's would need to check for any amendments daily we made the decision not to offer guidance on the 'How to apply' for Visa's, however we would recommend the Chinese Embassy. “A big thank you to Stacey Williams from SixStar cruises. I wanted to book a special 2019 anniversary holiday for my wife (30th wedding) and we were looking for a luxury trip that incorpoated India. We had a high level of accomodation criteria and certain date restrictions. Stacey managed to find us the perfect itinerary and helped to make the process extremely straightforward and fuss free. We have dealt with Stacey on many occasions and have always found her to be attentive and helpful beyond expectations. Thank you again and I would not hesitate to recommend Stacey at SixStar Cruises to any fellow travellers.”

“This is the first time that I have used Six Star Cruises and found Donna to be extremely helpful and efficient.... a pleasure to deal with as nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very quick at getting back to me.
