“The shortish, tubbyish girl who took my details prior to the examination was useless: she knew she was dealing with a fairly elderly person who may have hearing shortcomings yet talked down to her lap with the result that I had to keep asking her to repeat what she had said. Her field of view and basic hearing tests were carried out in a very slipshod way. She made ERRORS (spotted by the optician) in entering my previous prescription onto the system. She needs serious retraining if she is not going to damage your business. The optician was ok but not very charismatic. The slender, shortish young lady who helped us select the spectacles was fine. The young lad who fitted the spectacles was fine.”

“Very good results requiring varifocal and single lens for reading music at approximately 1m distance (just over an arm's length away. These music reading glasses we initially made incorrectly as normal reading glasses, but these were made perfectly (well not many people require distance music reading lenses). I could read extremely small music books much to the amazement of the optician who took a mobile phone image of the music which was full size on the phones screen!”
