“I had hearing aids fitted to both my ears. Organized by my GP the guy who did my test and fitted my hearing aids was very professional I couldn't ask for more. Amazing service.”

“Having paid around £3000 for hearing aids nearly 3 years ago I am so disappointed with the quality of the product they have been returned for repair several times clearly the hearing aids needs replacing with news ones I am a very disappointed 85 year old who feels let down. “Went to both your Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge branches. Fantastic levels of customer service, knowledge, friendliness, experience and advice in both. Would highly recommend you over other opticians on the High Street. Keep up the great work.”

“I moved to Sherborne about 18 months ago and have had to use Scrivens for both hearing and optical reasons. I am very pleased with the service I have received. The staff are always extremely pleasant, professional and efficient. One could ask for no more.”

“I am so happy with my glasses and with the excellent service I received in your Newmarket branch. Angela was very professional, friendly and thorough with my eye test and Emma possessed excellent customer service skills and was extremely helpful in helping me select the exact glasses that I had in mind. I had been recommended by a friend so my eye test was only £10 and I received 25% discount on my frames. My friend received vouchers too. What a great offer for everyone. I will definitely be using Scrivens in the future.”

“Excellent service from Parveen and her team in Shirley, Solihull. Despite a complicated prescription, Parveen was consistently patient, informative, thorough and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended for service and aftercare. Thanks so much.”

“I visited yesterday for an eye test, the optician was lovely but the young girl on the reception desk was so rude. I haven,t changed my glasses for a couple of years as the prescription has barely changed. I was told again that my prescription had barely changed so was not in a rush to choose frames etc. The receptions tested my Perrifal vision but didn`t tell me if i past just said lets look at frames. I told her i couldn`t as i didn`t have contact lences in, she barely said goodbye. I went back in to the shop to ask if she could tighten my glasses to be told, well its because they are so old can`t really do a lot with them. My frames are in perfect condition and no receptionst has ever said they can`t tighten them, so rude and I beleive it was becaue she didn`t get her sale. Frames were tightened slighlty as I knew they could be, its really put me off going back I`m part of lense plan and have been with scrivens for years.”

“I have used specsavers for years but they are getting expensive. I decided to try this company and to be honest never again. I paid for their top varifocals and they are totally useless. I will now need to go back to specsavers”
