“I am generally very busy with work related travel so I booked back to back appointments for Hearing and Sight Tests. I was seen on time by both the audiologist and the optometrist. They were both great - professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I could remember their names so I could name them here and say "Well done!". I will be recommending to friends and family.”

“Friendly and helpful "front of house" staff. Very knowledgeable and experienced technical staff (optician and audiologist). Good range of frames and lens options. No pressure. Overall a very satisfying consultation and buying experience.”

“I’m an awkward customer... I live a good distance away and have limited options for appointments. But... I like the people. They’re unfailingly polite, professional and very warm with it. I’ve now become used to a high standard of corrected vision, and that’s priceless.”
