“Scrivens Ringwood is totally uninterested in new clients: had my booking cancelled on the day due to optometrist and when I went a second time for my rebooking, I was 4 minutes late, I was left to wait standing for another 5 while front office was taking her sweet time chatting to a lovely old lady about a third party wedding, and then I was informed that I exceeded the 10-minute late policy so I have to leave and come back another time. Unfair and arrogant speech, I will certainly not try with them for a third time for a basic eye test, plenty optometrists out there who give due respect to customers.”

“Scrivens Ely Hearing department gave me better service than I've had at any other Hearing Care Centre. The Audiologist, Nish, is excellent. She carried out the hearing test and re-tuned my hearing aids, making a big improvement. Nish was very personable and knowledgeable, she explained everything clearly to me. The other members of staff were pleasant and friendly. Thoroughly recommended!”

“Excellent service again from the staff at Harwich. They are always friendly, polite and helpful. Very impressed with my optometrist today - he explained exactly what he was doing at each stage and why he was doing it and explained the diagnosis at the end. Brilliant service from all concerned!”

“Couldn't of received better service , even my dog was welcomed and able to come with me why having my eye test to receive a treat for being a good boy , can recommend enough”

“I have been going to the roman road Branch for years I am 56 and I’ve been going since I’ve moved to Roman Road at 12 years old and I’ve also been taking my son for over 25 years the staff there are amazing also helpful and take great care if you when you go, nothing is ever too much for them”

“After my eye test £30 picked new frames £49 Then was told price was over £440 for my new glasses After 25min I returned to the Fleetwood shop to say sorry I just can't afford them To that they replied we can get price down to £240 And you want notice the difference I will not return to you again”

“i find it impossible to get an answer on the phone it cannot be constantly busy i am supposed to get a review appointment but am exasperated as unable i am a 83 year old with no computer knowledge and find this very hard.have been trying to contact someone on the phone and local branch wont make appoinment for me please help”

“Hearing test is great. When I chose my glasses I made a mistake with the frames. When I went back to the Brandon opticians they immediately said I could change them for another pair. Great service, friendly staff who are more than willing to help.”

“I have been a Scrivens customer for several years. My Scrivens shop is in Tamworth Staffs and the staff are very friendly and the Audiologist was excellent. He loaded the hearing aid app and took the trouble to explain it to me. I was most impressed. Thank you.”
