“Great service during the eye test and ordering and then it falls apart been waiting since 25 sept. for my order to go through the lab and everytime you contact store same response still going through the lab your order will be with you in a weeks time”

“Have just got my new hearing aids from Scrivens at North Walsham, Norfolk. Excellent service and care from those working at the Branch. Hannah, Audiologist, has been extremely helpful and caring. Careful explanations about my hearing and the new hearing aids themselves, combined with re-assurance have made the experience really good. She has been a great example of your 'core focus' in action. I know that there may be times when I am struggling with the hearing aids but I have every confidence that Hannah and Scrivens will be there to help. THANK YOU”

“I had an excellent experience in Scrivens at Alfreton. I wads made to feel welcome, particularly by Ben, the store manager and also by the contact lens clinician. They couldn't do enough to help me. I would highly recommend visiting the team in Alfreton. Thank you.”

“I had a NHS referral, the room where the hearing test was performed, Scrivens Bolton, was not in any way soundproofed, I complained that during the test for one ear I could not concentrate due to the banging about outside the room, I was not offered a retest of that ear. The audiologist was unfamiliar with T setting on the danalogic aids and initially said T was not available, but after 2 phone calls said it was. I however have MT as a program, not T. The processing delay on the high frequencies( my mid and low frequencies are fine) is very disconcerting and I do not think aids intelligibility at all. the background white noise is excessive. Overall very disappointed”

“Staff absolutely brilliant. I have been going to this Opticians for a number of years now and hopefully will never change. All members of staff are very professional and polite towards me,when I pop in to have the glasses adjusted they are always pleasant and get the job done with no fuss”

“Always a pleasure to visit my opticians in Weymouth the service from everyone is always the very best, I am very fussy when it comes to choosing something that you have to wear and that is on show every day. Time and patience is taken to make sure every thing is just so and that I am happy when I walk out of the door.”

“I came to the Fakenham branch last week during my eye test I found the optician quite abrupt . I have mental health problems and had to leave before the examination was over . On coming home and speaking to my wife she had the same experience when she took our son to see the same Optician .”

“Excellent service from my local branch in South Shore Blackpool. I chose them as I had previously attended with my husband for a Hearing Test. Was impressed by the quality of service he received so visited for my eye test. Was made welcome from the start and my eye test was done thoroughly and professionally. There is a good range of frames to choose from and my prescription and choice of lenses was explained. I would recommend this Company to my family and friends. You receive a warm welcome from helpful and professional staff Thank you.”

“I cannot recommend chesterfield scrivens enough ,they are so friendly and helpful from the lovely lady that tested my eyes to the staff that helped me pick my glasses 🤓. Even down to helping me choose within my budget . Blummin brill ,I won’t go anywhere else .”

“I feel that I ought to compliment you on the service and attention received at your Lymington branch. The manager and staff are very considerate and explain things as they carry out tests or make suggestions. “Fantastic eye examination by Caroline & recommendation of which varifocal lenses would best suit me. Hayley the optical assistant was so helpful in choosing a frame for me, has the patience of a saint! She explained all the measurements that needed to be taken as this was my first pair of varifocals. Looking forward for glasses to be ready & trying them out. Thank you Hoddesdon branch.”
