“Had a new hearing aid fitted and synced with existing one by Emma at Plumstead Road Norwich branch. Excellent, friendly service and great not to have to go the hospital for this service. Emma helped me set up the app to control my hearing aids, something i had not been made aware of before. Lovely to be able to make an appointment and be seen on time. Would definitely recommend.”

“I would recommend this company to anyone i found the service exellent in every way possible.i have never had an eye test like it before.The staff were fantastic so well organised ,Thanks to them i was offered an emergency appointment within one hour of leaving there shop at the local hostpital Thank you all staff for your exelllent service,”

“Excellent service from all at Weoley Castle, Birmingham. Went for eye test was offered hearing test as well (Passed!). Thank you Patrick for all your help and assistance, please pass thanks to Hayley and the Optician. Looking forward to getting my new glasses.”

“I am always completely satisfied after my appointments at Scrivens Opticians Leominster. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. As a disabled patient I find they go out of their way to make sure my accessibility is made easy and comfortable. The actual eye rest was very thorough and the optician explained any concerns. I would recommend Scrivens to others.”

“Dr Shilpa.V is an amazing ophthalmologist, attention to deal checkup, so friendly and gives a honest opinion whether glasses needed or not. Not like every other eye clinic that made you buy a pair of glasses for sure. Really appreciate the staff at Feltham branch as well. A+ recommendation from my side 👍”

“A screw fell out out my pair of glasses. Specsavers refused to replace the srcew after finding out I had not bought the glasses from them. I took them next door to Scrivens, there were no questions asked and the glasses were cleaned and repaired for free 10 mins later! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service”

“Reasonably satisfied overall with service and hearing aids. However the tube entering the ear canal is quite rigid and I find myself continuously pushing it in to my ear as it feels as if its coming out. My main gripe is that the batteries only last 9/10 days so I must always make sure to carry spare. Previous aids, using same type of battery would last up to 16 days.”
