Having booked a hearing appointment with scrivens for my 94 year old mother, I was contacted yesterday and told that the appointment that was made a while ago had to be cancelled due to an ADMIN error.
This was two days before the appointment. As it’s all on computer I can’t see how this can be. On asking how this had happened the chap kept saying they were sorry.
Well sorry isn’t good enough for a 94 year old lady who has memory problems, also has one broken hearing aid and another that needs looking at.
They don’t have internet, don’t have a smart phone, are hard of hearing and walking. I have a feeling that they were bumped off due to their age.
Come on scrivens get it sorted.
The truth as to why would also go a long way, insincere sorry does not cut the mustard.
Let’s hope the re scheduled appointment in two weeks time won’t be cancelled 😡..
