“Absolutely disgusting how you have treated my husband still waiting for glasses first pair lens’s fell out now can’t get second pair delivered just lies when they should be here But this on your web site”

“Sadly my grandson is still waiting after being told his would be ready before he starts school which was yesterday. As he has special needs he doesn’t understand delays.”

“Excellent service and choice of spectacles. I've been visiting Newark branch (previously known as Melson Wingate) for 30 years now and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Can recommend this opticians to spectacles and contact lenses wearers. I can also recommend their hearing care.”

“I've been coming to Scrivens for years - good staff, good range of frames, good prices. The corona-related measures you have currently are great. It's been a while since I bought sunglasses and I can tell the tinting technology has improved, as they're just as dark as I've always had, but much lighter to look through. A special shout out to Jo, who helped me pick the perfect everyday frames!”

“The people concerned with my eye test were very pleasant and efficient and my glasses arrived earlier than expected. I am still getting used to my glasses and may return to have them adjusted slightly to stop them slipping, but otherwise, all ok.”

“Very thorough and courteous both with sight and hearing tests. Spectacles were prepared with only a short delay. I also required an adjustment to the frames a few days later which they corrected immediately.”

“Superb i have been with your company a great many years and I have never received anything but the very best of care ,the staff are so helpful and patient, I need two lots of spectacles and choosing two different frames takes me an age but I am never hurried and I am left feeling that I am special.
