“Witney branch is amazing. The two girls who were working on 16th September 2020 were the nicest people I’ve ever met. Considering I was originally a boots customer but didn’t have any availability for a couple of months I’m glad I went to Scrivens to have my eyes tests and amazed that I could reglaze my own frame. Thank you”

“Very friendly and attentive service. However, expensive, and I paid extra for high index lenses, but I was given standard CR-39. I will be back to the shop to have this corrected. I suppose most customers wouldn't suspect that the lens material was not what they paid for, and certainly not be in a position to prove it. So I wonder how often this mistake has been made in the past?”
