My first eye test last year 2019 was excellent, however the frames were faulty and it took nearly a whole year for one young girl to admit they couldn’t be adjusted as there had been a fault in the manufacturing of the frame. They were sent back and replaced with another pair which have been fine.
I had a test today and felt the optician was unprofessional did not follow Covid rules. Masks are meant to be worn properly. I have sent a complain to your department but writing this to ensure other customers are aware.
