“The people concerned with my eye test were very pleasant and efficient and my glasses arrived earlier than expected. I am still getting used to my glasses and may return to have them adjusted slightly to stop them slipping, but otherwise, all ok.”

“Very thorough and courteous both with sight and hearing tests. Spectacles were prepared with only a short delay. I also required an adjustment to the frames a few days later which they corrected immediately.”

“Excellent service as always at the Penistone branch - have used this branch for many years now - friendly and very helpful staff both on Eye Test, Choice Of frames/help choosing frames and on collection. Thank you”

“Superb i have been with your company a great many years and I have never received anything but the very best of care ,the staff are so helpful and patient, I need two lots of spectacles and choosing two different frames takes me an age but I am never hurried and I am left feeling that I am special. Keep up the good work.”

“The ladies were pleasant, efficient, helpful and patient. The optician was very patient as the test lenses would steam up due to the mask I was wearing. This made her job harder .My visits to Scrivens has always been helpful and now more so due to the difficult times.”

“I've visited the Clifton store a couple of times recently and had the most excellent service by Nina - she treated myself and my elderly father with the upmost respect and she was friendly and professional on all levels and we didn't feel rushed at all - she offered to clean my dads glasses for him for free and was helpful and chatty and made my elderly father feel at ease - thank you”
