“I have been going to Scrivens Chesterfield for many years now and have never had a bad experience. I am on the lens plan so have both normal eye checkups and contacts lens checkups regularly. All the staff have always been very kind and welcoming and both myself and my mother feel like you get that extra special service every time we go. Having broken my only pair of glasses, I arrived at the store today in a bit of a panic as I knew I needed to get some new ones as soon as possible. The ladies in store instantly made me feel calm and happy. They told me to take my time and try as many glasses on as I wanted (even though they would have to clean them all after due to Covid19). One lady who helped me and has done so many times before was Diane. I would just like to say that she is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond for all customers. Whenever I walk in, she greets me with a big smile and makes me feel very welcome. I can’t thank her enough, not just for today but for every time she has assisted me in store. She doesn’t rush you and she really helps you choose the best glasses suited for you. Her and the other lady in store (Selina?) were both very welcoming and chatty and made both myself and mother feel comfortable and (as always) we enjoyed our time in store. I would like to say a very big thankful to both these ladies, along with the rest of the staff. You are doing a fantastic job! 😊”

“I am not able to use this hearing aid ,not able to put in thing in my ears. I have tried since january. Due to k virus I am not able tovisit the centre. WHAT DO I DO WITH THE HEARING AID.”

“Fantastic service from a very warm welcome to the experienced optitions and staff who provided me with exactly what I was looking for, including specially ordered frames and purpose made lenses, nothing was too much for them. They certainly have my custom from now on!!”

“Scrivens Milton Keynes was a really good experience. Optician was really thorough and very reassuring. Customer service was the best I have experienced in an opticians and I didn’t feel rushed or forced to pay more it was all about what suited me and my budget. Thank you from Maureen”

“Enjoyed my visit to Royton Scrivens.Have been with the same practice since 1983.The Optician was very good and very reassuring.The sales man was also very good. I was even given 15% off as a Keyworker!”
