“I would like to point out I HAVE NOT HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE when dealing with Scrivens Fishponds Road. Why that has been showing on my I Pad, I have no idea. It’s very much THE OPPOSITE OF SUCH. I have always received an excellent service at the Fishponds Bristol branch. The staff are totally committed to their work, all are knowledgeable, helpful and are a credit to Scrivens. Thank you.”

“I am so impressed with the Company. I am 84 years old. I went to Scrivens when l was 15 years old it’s a well established company in the Bournemouth area. Recently l have had a cataract done. Long waiting list in the eye hospital. My friend paid £2,000 per eye going privately. From the time the optician referred me to having it done 5 weeks National Health. Delighted.”

“Diss branch. It was my first ever visit to Scrivens so I didn't know what to expect. The staff are so friendly. I had a hearing test and I needed hearing aids. Everything was explained to me as we went through, both during the test and the fitting of the hearing aids. The audiologist was friendly and made me feel at ease. There was a trainee audiologist there too who was also very friendly. It was overall an excellent service and I'd highly recommend them.”

“I had my hearing test today at the Chesterfield branch, I found the staff friendly and Confident. Catherine/Caroline, I can't quite remember her name she was very informative and confident and caring, I felt relaxed as she explained everything in detail that throughoutmy test, I would definitely recommend her to all. Excellent service.”
