“The staff at Haywards Heath go beyond being a business. I have always had excellent treatment, both by the various optical and audio specialists, but particularly by the staff, who take the trouble to get to know you individually and advise you about your specific set of circumstances. And the leadership is from the top - the branch manager is excellent, but so is the regional manager, who has helped me on occasion, too, when she's been at the shop.”

“Had bad experience at Stamford branch -my glasses arm came off and took it back -branch manager made me feel small by saying it’s impossible for it to happen?! Refused to refund -instead had to pay another £110 on top of £192 -for new frame”

“Great experience at the Abbeygate, Bury St Edmunds branch. Friendly, thoughtful and helpful staff. Thank you to my optometrist Jennifer Willets, who took the time to explain my eye test and the results. I never felt at all rushed and will definitely return.”

“I visited the store in south coast road peacehaven,for hearing test,and fitment of hearing aids the same day! Oh my goodness,what an Amazing team work in this store,everything was absolutely perfect,from start to finish,nothing was to much trouble,everything was explained in detail,such well mannered staff,every one with so much experience,extreamly welcoming,extreamly pleasant,and no end to after care,im very overwhelmed with my visit to this store, ray”

“Dear sir or Madam ,my name is Raymond Huartson I live in Tonbridge Kent. Iam sending this message to you about your staff at Scivings Tonbridge , I want to say your staff our absolutely first class people I went to them for a eye check up 3weeks ago I want to say how well I was treated ,they found a Gluecoma in my right eye and now I am just waiting to go and have my right at the local hospital please pass this message to them Iam really grateful for them and a brilliant service they gave me .
