“I have recently had my eye test done and bought a new frame at Scrivens. I am very satisfied with the curtesy and care given to me. Staff was very polite and knowledgable. A special thank you to the Manager Soraya who helped me choose the right frame. I have no hesitation in recommending Screvens to my friends.”

“The staff at the Penistone branch are second-to-none in their customer service attitude and hands on capabilities. I would recommend this branch (and Scrivens) every time because of them. Their detailed knowledge of the products and lenses and all other related maters left me with no questions unanswered. The optometrists are friendly and Amy is a total credit to the company. I will be going back again soon and looking at some contact lenses because I know I will get the same great level of service. Please pass in my gratitude to all of the staff there.”

“Overall quite satisfied with the service. The staff were helpful and the optician undertook a detailed assessment explaining all the steps before recommending my glasses. Due to a technical problem, there was a delay in me receiving my glasses from the day of assessment...however, overall experience with the service was good.”

“Had my eye test 15/2/19 - lens' that were recommended were not fully explained and had they been I would not have purchased them. Felt as though that particular type of lens' were being pushed for a sale rather than what would have been more suitable. Also glasses had to be returned twice as the frames were scratched when the lens' were fitted and a second time as my pupil distance had not been measured properly. As at 10/4/19 still waiting for glasses.”

“I attended Scrivens today with my elderly Mother for vision and hearing tests. I was so impressed by the courteous manner and patience of al the staff. I want to give them a huge shout out for their good manners and care shown to my Mum. No hard sell, very informative service. Thank you to all the team. Mum loved the cup of tea as well ☕️”

“Not had good experiences with the last 2 opticians i visited. However was very pleased with service at Feltham branch. All members of staff very proffesional polite and efficient. the actual optician. sorry forget his name but he put me at ease especially as i was worried about specks across my right eye. Did extra check. Wverything okl. Special thanks to Ema. Very proffesional. Also the branch manager as well. More expensive than the other opticians further up the road but got more personal service. Didnt feel like being on a conveyor belt. Would definatley recommend.”

“Hearing test carried out on 6th March no complaints but I was told I'd receive follow-up call that's not happened and hearing aids don't fit well with glasses!”
