“Great service at Walthamstow Hoe street branch. Very professional. Helped me pick the greatest frames and everything was explained thoroughly. Will definitely be recommending friends.”

“The staff were courteous and professional, the glasses are of good quality but I thought the price (not far short of £500) was horrendous. For that reason I don' t think I will be going back.”

“I purchased my glasses in December 2018 & have had to return them to the store on several occasions. This was due to errors making my lenses. I felt nervous returning to the store as it made me feel that I was questioning the staff's ability to do their job.”

“Service at Tonbridge Scrivens is more than exemplary. My Scrivens glasses in their case were run over, flattened ( I have the case as proof ), and the Tonbridge branch amazingly restored them to almost new condition, at no cost. The attendants are always most helpful. At Scrivens personal service is not a thing of the past.”

“At our branch in Hythe Hampshire the Staff have a lovely easy attitude, you're made to feel relaxed and important, they are very knowledgeable and helpful,really pleased they are there.”

“Usually v good service etc but this time they put my reading lenses in my main variable frames and the main lenses in reading frames have had to return them. Have to wait at least a further 2 weeks to be replaced”

“Excellent, professional service. This is a very customer focused establishment. All staff members take time to provide high level expertise in eye testing and appropriate follow up care. Always approachable and very friendly.”

“I have over the years tried several different Opticians from the well advertised to several lesser known and always find that you get what you pay for Scrivens is a top class Optician and for me a very successful outcome with excellent service throughout the process and most importantly a perfect result with the best vision I have had for sometime.. I would recommend them certainly”

“The eye test and assistance with choosing my spectacles was very good. Unfortunately the fitting measurements were incorrect when I collected them. However I was remeasured and new spectacles were ordered immediately. The final result is very good.”
