“I attended Scrivens today with my elderly Mother for vision and hearing tests. I was so impressed by the courteous manner and patience of al the staff. I want to give them a huge shout out for their good manners and care shown to my Mum. No hard sell, very informative service. Thank you to all the team. Mum loved the cup of tea as well ☕️”

“Not had good experiences with the last 2 opticians i visited. However was very pleased with service at Feltham branch. All members of staff very proffesional polite and efficient. the actual optician. sorry forget his name but he put me at ease especially as i was worried about specks across my right eye. Did extra check. Wverything okl. Special thanks to Ema. Very proffesional. Also the branch manager as well. More expensive than the other opticians further up the road but got more personal service. Didnt feel like being on a conveyor belt. Would definatley recommend.”

“Optician very professional and gives a thorough eye test, assistants in the shop very friendly and helpful and always willing to help out if you need to return if you have problems with the glasses after purchase.”

“Hearing test carried out on 6th March no complaints but I was told I'd receive follow-up call that's not happened and hearing aids don't fit well with glasses!”

“Very friendly atmosphere the staff very efficient and friendly, advice always available regarding frames etc, never too pushy and they do not point you to the most expensive frames, I will be using them again Thank you”

“As always a thorough review of my eyesight and although the change in prescription there was no pressure to change my glasses. I did, so that I could have an up to date spare pair. The new pair needed only minor adjustment when I went to collect them. Friendly staff at my local branch and as I said no pressure to buy expensive frames when cheaper ones suited me better”

“Lovely friendly staff and atmosphere. Very pleased with test, advice and lenses which are high quality. Have had problems with varifocal lenses in the past so glad of the extra advice and fine lenses. Thank you. Mrs M”

“Every experience from the first consultation to the last was fantastic. I interacted with four team members at Kitts Green Road branch. Kerry, Fay, Louise and Josh a visiting team member and each one of them was incredibly helpful and friendly. I will recommend this branch to others any time for the level of professionalism, warm atmosphere and fast service.”
