Not happy. Placed my order on the 25th August 2022, received the diditrike but I still haven’t received the helmet (15th September 2022). As I’m sure you’ll understand my baby hasn’t been able to enjoy her trike as we’re not going to let her ride it without a helmet. I bought this for my little girl’s 2nd birthday present which was on the 1st of September, so we’re disappointed in the amount of time this has taken.

Order placed 6th August. Disappointed all around. Ordering was simple enough but the issues started thereafter. Some items are drop shipped from suppliers, so they arrived at different times. I think we ended up with 4 deliveries in total... we had another email saying an item was being shipped which we'd already received. The website added a £75 gift card, which we assumed was because we spent over a certain threshold. This also came through on the order confirmation after purchase. When this was queried later, as it wasn't part of the shipment - we were told it wasn't valid as we used a discount code. The value of the gift card was higher than the discount, so Scandiborn said they could invoice me the discount amount and then send me the gift card. We had an issue with a Snuzpod, with an accessory being sent in the wrong colour within the bundle. Reported on 12th August and we still have this item, which is waiting to be picked up - but nobody knows when. Scandiborn said they will keep me updated but days go in between contact as they apparently have to contact Snuz to arrange collection and a replacement. There seems to be a reluctance to engage on the phone. Scandiborn requested collection of the item but nobody has been. In hindsight, we'd have spent the £500 elsewhere. We will definitely not be using them again once we have a resolution to our current issue.

I ordered a scooter for my sons birthday, I have spent over a week corresponding with customer service, to which nothing has been resolved. I am awaiting confirmation of my order being cancelled and a refund to be processed. I was told my order was sent, I then sent proof from ‘shop’ that it had not been dispatched.

Unfortunately a very bad experience, I have never had this before and the products are always very good . I had ordered a stroller for a birthday gift and as opened it I noticed one piece was missing ( I tried to return this or a part to be sent However I still haven’t received the part or label to send this parcel back Very bad customer service and no alternative has been offered Disappointed as quality is always 100% Unless this get resolved, I won’t be order From here again

I purchased 2 products and paid an additional £15.00 delivery charge. The parcel was put into the hands of DPD who sent a photo to the recipient of the parcel on grass near a doorstep, not the recipient's door. Have had no joy from DPD and apart from an automated response from Scandiborn have not been able to reach them. Only point of contact to Scandiborn is by email and only response is automated telling you they will make contact within 6 days. This does not happen, absolutely useless. There is no form or redress or method to actually speak to a member of staff. Very disappointed that my great-niece has not received her 1st birthday gift. My advice 'Do not buy from this company'

Ordered on the 7th August - now the 22nd August and nothing has arrived and no contact for the brand. Have emailed customer services, hopefully will get a response soon

Took over two weeks for the order to arrive after apparently being dispatched. Sent three emails with no reply, had to phone up for confirmation of what was happening. Not great service considering it's such an expensive store to buy from.

We ordered the Oliver Furniture - Wood Mini+ Low Bunk Bed (Oak and White) for our sons’ room on 19 June with an expected delivery date of 18 July (based on a 3-4 week delivery). Our delivery arrived on 18 July, great! However, when my husband and I were in the middle of setting up the bunk bed, we found one of the parts was misaligned and could not complete the bed. We reported this to Scandiborn, and we’re advised they would speak to the supplier and revert. On 19 Jul, Scandiborn advised a replacement would be shipped to them week commencing 25 July. Of course, it did not arrive. After multiple follow-ups, we eventually received the replacement on 11 Aug. You can imagine our frustration of waiting seven weeks for a bed. We already dismantled our son’s beds when we initially received the first package, only to discover a production issue. Unfortunately, the replacement is also misaligned, and the bed still could not be put together. This bed is not cheap; I would expect a premium product given the premium price tag. That is not what we have received. In the seven weeks, we’ve waited, all we have received is an apology. No expedited service, no ex gratia payment, no part refund, no offer for someone to come and put it together to ensure no further issues or concerns. We have had to request a full refund and will now have to look for an alternative option. The product and service received have both been poor on this occasion unfortunately.

I still don’t have my order. I stayed in but Yodel did not come and then sent the goods back. I tracked it to over 300 miles away. A company is only as good as it’s courier!

My order never arrived, very disappointed. The solution offered was to send another one and then for me to send it back in order to get a refund which makes no sense at all

If I could give zero stars I would. Your refund policy on sale items is actually breaking the law and until I quoted my rights to you for a second time your finally gave me the refund I was entitled too but don’t worry trading standards have been notified.

A lot went wrong, delivery didn’t come on time, when it came things were missing, I was promised refund as well as remaining parts but then they backed out and made it sound like I’m at fault. Our baby was born and they were so terrible that they didn’t show any care or sort the situation. Looking to go through to ombudsman for the stress and loss and when requested call back from the senior management we were told that isn’t possible

I ordered an organic cotton swaddle blanket which took ages to arrive and then discovered it was coming from Hong Kong. I would not have bought it if I had known it was travelling from so far and for a sustainability company I think it should be stated where items are coming from.

I’ve requested to return a product and I received an email saying my return request was successful and I would receive a follow up email with further instructions. This was at the beginning of this month and the returns request was put in at the end of last month. Your return process needs updating your competitors have a much easier and efficient way of returning. This has really put me off purchasing from you again.
