If I could give zero stars I would. Your refund policy on sale items is actually breaking the law and until I quoted my rights to you for a second time your finally gave me the refund I was entitled too but don’t worry trading standards have been notified.

A lot went wrong, delivery didn’t come on time, when it came things were missing, I was promised refund as well as remaining parts but then they backed out and made it sound like I’m at fault. Our baby was born and they were so terrible that they didn’t show any care or sort the situation. Looking to go through to ombudsman for the stress and loss and when requested call back from the senior management we were told that isn’t possible

Product box arrived damaged (exterior packaging was not damaged so it had been packed damaged). I contacted Scandiborn but have still had no response.

I ordered an organic cotton swaddle blanket which took ages to arrive and then discovered it was coming from Hong Kong. I would not have bought it if I had known it was travelling from so far and for a sustainability company I think it should be stated where items are coming from.

I’ve requested to return a product and I received an email saying my return request was successful and I would receive a follow up email with further instructions. This was at the beginning of this month and the returns request was put in at the end of last month. Your return process needs updating your competitors have a much easier and efficient way of returning. This has really put me off purchasing from you again.

Whilst I think the range available is superb, I ordered a mini scooter that I never received. Enquired few times, keeps saying awaiting more info from delivery but his birthday was this weekend, no scooter, no refund, no more replies to my emails.

I did my first purchase with Scandiborn and it was such as mistake. The sandal it’s not true to size, it’s much more bigger than it should be. Scandibourn refuse to refund me because it’s an product in sale? Really? What policy to prejudice a costumer. I had to keep the product and spend buying another sandal with other brand. Scandibourn just disappointed my expectations.

Was really disappointed with the service I received. Brought sale items that not only didn’t fit but didn’t feel like great quality. Didn’t know/wasn’t communicated anywhere prior to purchase that no refunds on sale items. Feels like was trapped into a voucher I don’t need.

I received two items - both toolsets by BigJigs. One of which had missing tools. The packaging which the set with missing tools was in, was damaged and actually had the missing items marked with an asterisk on!!! So they were clearly packaged without checking. I had a very disappointed 4 year old and await replacement parts. Not happy with the service at all and will not be buying again

the item went missing, never actually received it. Nobody answered the phone and it took ten days to receive a form in order to initiate a refund. Not three days as suggested on your customer services page. The birthday present is now incredibly late and it seems as though it really isn't your problem. Could you not have sent another item out for me and then claimed off Yodel? Seems that I am bearing the brunt of Yodel (or your) ineptitude; I'm out of pocket, no gift and an unhappy Godson.

Purchased two of the same item and only one arrived. This was over 3 weeks ago and after emailing multiple times and waiting a week for a reply, I am told “sorry we now don’t have any more of those items”. Sounds like the item was oversold and customers money held without the actual products ever existing. Shameful. I have paid for an item for almost a month now which they don’t even have and they still have my money. Would now recommend.

I recently ordered 2 pairs of Liewood Bre Beach Sandals / Jelly Shoes for my son and daughter. The shoes themselves are brilliant, but the service from Scandiborn has been beyond disappointing. The sizing for these is listed on the website as UK...however, the shoes themselves are EU sizing. I ordered a UK7 and a UK8 and got EU 23 and EU 24, which are in fact an UK6 and UK7. So far they have refused my return request with refund, witout acknowledgement of the mistake they made. so very frustrating.

nowhere that I can see on the website advises that this climbing frame requires complete construction. Not one bit of it is pre-assembled and there is no warning that it will take hours and considerable skills and patience to construct.

Still haven't received my order due to yodel. My buzzer was broken and despite asking them to call me when it arrived they reported they'd missed me 3 times. I have tried to contact the company and have been unable to speak to a single person via the phone or web chat. I now need to travel 2 hours to get to the depot without confirmation my order is actually there. Would never shop from scandiborn again if yodel is the delivery service used. Worst delivery service in the UK.
