“Ordered an all in one smart looking suit. It was delivered to the wrong address. Had to chase up to find this out. Was assured it would be re-deliverd to the correct address. Then was informed they had to refund and I shoudl reorder. On re-ordering the welcome discount code had expired/been used. Emailed back to ask for another code. With no reply. Poor serivce and total waste of time.”

“I have made an order and it took 2 months to reach despite it reaching very very late there were missing items that i dont know where they are! And there were some items written that were available on the website but were suddenly sold out when i placed the order for it and i was not informed that it was sold out!”

“Ordered an item for my little girls birthday. Kept receiving emails saying it will be delivered on a set date. Date would pass and nothing would arrive. Eventually emailed to tell me item was out of stock, which was then too late to order her another one in time for her birthday. Poor customer service”

“Absolutely dreadful. Not as advertised (arch with slide and cushions - description now changed but still misleading). Overpriced for what was delivered. When queried the company told me they had to see what the supplier said. No. My contract was with them but they hid behind their supplier. Trading standards have been notified. Arrived a month late missing my grandsons first birthday”

“They sold me a cot and the unique matching mattress. They delivered just the cot and a month after they say they wont have the mattress and would refund me. The mattress is 2 times more expensive in other shops, and they dont own the issue. On top of that, they keep selling the mattress to potentially scam more people into buying the cot - that by the way is like 900£”

“the products are great but very disappointed with the service. You need to be more upfront and make it clear that sale items are non-refundable. In a previous order of swimwear (x5 pieces) I've been told I can't get a refund on the items we don't want to keep. We ordered multiple sizes and would have never purchased any had we known. The policy is not the problem it's the lack of clear communication around it.”

“I have placed an order of 2000$. The products is not delivered to me (return to the sender at the custom) and they refuse to give me the refund. I have tried to contact with them a lot but their altitude is so bad and refuse to help me.”
