Yes cute things , but the cup is difficult to get drink from. I tried it myself and cannot really get any water out with difficulty so for a baby it’s just a toy nothing else. Same for the spoons , good toy but not useful!

Hi, I like the item I ordered, however it came unzipped and not properly folded like someone tried this on and then rushed to pack it up and send it to me. So this was the only frustrating part of this experience, hoping that my little one will love the new garment I bought from scandiborn.

I had a puzzle sent to my Godson’s daughter for her 1st Birthday. The puzzle was great and now being enjoyed. However I was disappointed that when I ordered I was asked if I wanted to add a personal message, I did so included this and the typed message was on my order. But when the gift was delivered there was no personal message, so they had no idea that we had sent the gift!!!

Dear Kay, I am very sorry to hear that this message was not added into this parcel when delivered. Dear Chrissy. Thank you for your review. I have reviewed your order and I can see the carrier attempted delivery three times before returning your order back to the supplier. We did contact you straight away and issued a new order to be sent to you. Just after I bought the item the price dropped like a stone, that's life. 07.30 am delivery with 45 minutes notice is not great.

Paid £48 for a child's toy only to find out it was dropped by £10 soon after purchasing form scandiborn, not open my parcel yet as its a Christmas present hope everything is in the box, feel a bit let down ,

Hi I have recently purchased from your website for the first time. The website has a really good selection of stuff, however on delivery the quality of the product was not what I expected. Returns are also not free, so due to the size of the box that the products were delivered in, it has taken time to find a company that couriers a box over 65cm and has cost me nearly £10 to return these products. A bit disappointed overall.

Ordering was easy and product came quickly but unfortunately it was missing parts so I am now waiting to hear back about getting these send seperately

Was sent the wrong item and when I submitted the contact form on the website I did not get a response. I then emailed and dealt with the lovely Christina who arranged for the item to be swapped.

Beautiful bag, good size. Torn down the side within a few weeks of using it, just gutted as well out of warranty as was brought when pregnant.

I purchased a beautiful doll online but sadly when it arrived the display box was completely smashed. Couriers are not careful with parcels so Scandiborn need to look at improving their packaging and use something stronger.

Unfortunately the product I bought was of extremely poor quality. Their customer service team are quick at replying as the product was from CuddleCo.
