Item good quality but I ordered the wrong item. Was disappointed that there was not free return especially as I will have to order another one.

I bought a little campervan for my niece. With express shipping. Then cancelled the order. as her birthday party was postponed I didnt recieve my shipping refund back. Only a refund for the bus. Then then bought the bus again. Still no refund on shipping.

Ordered 2 beautiful Evie dolls. Unfortunately only one was delivered. Although it was frustrating to have to provide photo proof that I had indeed only received 1 doll, a second doll was dispatched the very next day.

The bed is great. You have a fundamental problem with your contractor firm that delivers the beds in the uk. It is impossible to call them, they are late (were late for me) and brought one guy for the job. I wasnt so dissatisfied hence the 3 stars but if you are serious about this you should either find a new contractor to work with or impose on them soem customer centricity (like letting people know of times/dates/phone numbers of delivery guys)

Great service from Scandiborn. Absolutely terrible delivery service from Parcelforce. I still don’t have the item despite being in for 2 whole days! I would avoid using them in the future.

The products I bought were a gift and the recipients were grateful. But I really was disappointed that there is no gift option at checkout - that means you can't add a gift note, and the invoice obviously gets shipped with the products. Given the nature of your products, this seems like a huge miss, if I had known before I spent ages choosing the products I would have gone somewhere else and if that option isn't added in the future I will have to buy from somewhere that does.

Lovely products but one of the items I ordered was damaged due to insuffcient packaging. Having returned it for a replacement, I was then told it was out of stock. I was offered a refund but didn't receive the full price back as I had applied a £5 discount voucher to my order and this was proportioned to both items. This was the first time I had ordered from Scandiborn and was left disappointed. My daughter recommended the site, having ordered several things for our grandson and been delighted with them.

Very good customer services and very quick delivery. Both of my two wooden items were on offer, good value and are gorgeous. Had difficulty using the returns process online as it kept refusing to issue aa refund. Took 6 attempts. The item I returned was a tower of blocks which were hollow and made of cardboard . The online photo was misleading. Wondering why these were being sold by a wooden toy company. A really bad product.

Like the product but not able to transfer order to desired delivery address from the default address. Obviously failure to navigate the process but no flexibility even in the minutes after the order was made.

Bought a gift for a friend's new baby - it took 12 days to arrive, in which I had to chase. Packaging was very basic, plastic covered. I'd have expected more from such a reputable brand. Overall quite disappointed & not inclined to shop here again.

As explained by our customer service team the item had been out of stock with our supplier so your order was sent directly from the manufacturer - this also means it would have been packaged differently than usual aswel. I can see our customer service team also issued a full refund for the shipping fee as your order was not delivered in the time frame originally provided. I absolutely love the 3 Safari Prints I bought as a present but was surprised that they came unframed. On checking the website carefully I did see at the end of the description that they came without frames. £20 seemed expensive!

Yes cute things , but the cup is difficult to get drink from. I tried it myself and cannot really get any water out with difficulty so for a baby it’s just a toy nothing else. Same for the spoons , good toy but not useful!

Hi, I like the item I ordered, however it came unzipped and not properly folded like someone tried this on and then rushed to pack it up and send it to me. So this was the only frustrating part of this experience, hoping that my little one will love the new garment I bought from scandiborn.

I had a puzzle sent to my Godson’s daughter for her 1st Birthday. The puzzle was great and now being enjoyed. However I was disappointed that when I ordered I was asked if I wanted to add a personal message, I did so included this and the typed message was on my order. But when the gift was delivered there was no personal message, so they had no idea that we had sent the gift!!!
