Not too impressed. You sent the goods to the wrong address and I had to send them to the correct address myself. Also very expensive.

I am not very happy, I’m sure if the parcel turned up I could write my review, but it hasn’t. I have emailed and asked for it to be sent again confirming my delivery details or a refund and have had no response from the seller. Shame considering it’s a Christmas gift for my baby niece!

The note we requested to be enclosed didn’t have the full message hence the receiver had no idea who had gifted them this item our names were omitted from the message

I was excited to find a very cute little garden building block set to give my goddaughter for her first birthday - but I seemed to get one issue after another. First of all none of my cards worked to purchase the gift on the Website - trying on multiple browsers. Then when I did finally get the gift ordered, I specifically asked for the gift card (as I'd been informed there was no gift wrapping) and included the message to go with the gift... But when it turned up there was no gift message included, however the invoice HAD been included. Not impressed with the service to be honest, I'd expect better when you're paying £30+ postage for an item.

Purchased the doll house but the furniture is now out of stock!!! What I have received in the past is of good quality but a very disappointed granddaughter this Christmas!!

Sadly I wasn’t hugely impressed by my order.. two of the rubber suction cups were folded and therefore wouldn’t stick to the tiles. I attempted to flatten them but this did not work. It has therefore left me with only two parts for my wee one to play with, not quite the same effect.

This kitchen all cracked after my son poured some water in it - unprotected wood! I appreciate this is from a third party but they didn’t take any responsibility, and relayed their reply that stated it’s a play kitchen and kids should not pour water on it. Good luck telling a toddler not to pour water, when it comes with a tap, a kettle, mugs and cups!! £120 for a kitchen that fully cracked 5 minutes after its first use. And no compensation.

On reviewing all images provided, the damages shown are consistent with wooden product that has been exposed to water for a considerable amount of time causing this to swell and crack. Products were fine but the packaging was really below expectation. There was no padding/packaging, no note/invoice or even a thank you for your order. The box arrived damaged. For a site that sells high end well designed products, I found the packaging and unboxing experience extremely underwhelming. Would not use to send gifts to friends now that it’s clear how nothing is packaged with padding or personal note etc.

Not the same colour as on the website. Looks like they’ve been left out in the sun and the colour drained out of them. So have returned them which I have had to pay for. So unfortunately I won’t be a returning customer.

A terribly bad user experience. This bed is quite expensive, so we had high expectations for its quality. However, during the assembly process, we first discovered that some parts were missing (there should have been 14 wooden dowels, but the packaging only contained twelve. I swear we didn't lose any). Secondly, when attaching the bed boards, there was a discrepancy in the pre-drilled screw holes on the left and right sides (I tried switching the positions and orientations of the bed boards, but the discrepancy persisted! There's simply no way to adjust it). Now, only one screw has been installed... Honestly, the bed looks beautiful, and I really like the color, but what disappoints me is their lack of precision! I can't believe we paid this much for such a product!

Poor so far. I had a chair delivered - chair had a broken leg. I was then told that another would be delivered. This one arrived and is also broken. I am now still waiting on a replacement coming. Bit disappointing and I’m not thrilled at the build quality - both legs were broken in exactly the same place. To be fair, they have been good at keeping me in the loop just not thrilled with the actual product

Unfortunately this birthday present ( rabbit ride on toy) we bought for our grand daughter had a small chip out of it and the neck of the rabbit split a little during construction, we had to carry out some remedial work in order to have a present to give her on her birthday. I was disappointed in this as I thought the company had a very good reputation.

Disappointed in that the name of the company and the type of toy gives the impression of being made in Scandinavia but in fact, made in China on the box.

I specifically chose Scandiborn as I was looking for an ethically, sustainably sourced toy. The product arrived having been made and shipped from china. This was not made clear at the point of purchase.
