Hi iron board I had ordered arrived the box was intact but the actual iron board inside is broken please can you let me know what needs to happen as I do want it still and when my granddaughter opened the box it was broken ?

My first experience was not great, they partially sent me my order and after many complains, they told me that the other half was sold out and refunded me the price (but not the tax or delivery)

Hello Agustina, Sorry to read this - I have looked into this further and can see that one item you ordered was out of stock at our supply partner so this was cancelled and refunded in full, including the VAT. You did not pay delivery on your original order as it was over our free delivery threshold, I am sorry for this operational error, but hopefully this reassures you that you did not overpay for the item that you did receive, Many thanks Laura

Lovely product terrible customer service. They charge £19 to ship to NI when we are simply part of UK. Shame as I’ll never order again considering I can get from other companies with free delivery

Although the website is good and delivery was prompt, I was disappointed that a recent purchase had been wrongly advertised and now I am having to pay to return an unsuitable product. I have emailed and await a reply.

The product is fine but unfortunately I am lucky to finally have it! It was delivered to wrong address completely and Scandiborn’s advice to me was to go “looking for it myself” and hope the people at the random address would hand it over! Not good!

Not too impressed. You sent the goods to the wrong address and I had to send them to the correct address myself. Also very expensive.

I am not very happy, I’m sure if the parcel turned up I could write my review, but it hasn’t. I have emailed and asked for it to be sent again confirming my delivery details or a refund and have had no response from the seller. Shame considering it’s a Christmas gift for my baby niece!

The note we requested to be enclosed didn’t have the full message hence the receiver had no idea who had gifted them this item our names were omitted from the message

I was excited to find a very cute little garden building block set to give my goddaughter for her first birthday - but I seemed to get one issue after another. First of all none of my cards worked to purchase the gift on the Website - trying on multiple browsers. Then when I did finally get the gift ordered, I specifically asked for the gift card (as I'd been informed there was no gift wrapping) and included the message to go with the gift... But when it turned up there was no gift message included, however the invoice HAD been included. Not impressed with the service to be honest, I'd expect better when you're paying £30+ postage for an item.

Purchased the doll house but the furniture is now out of stock!!! What I have received in the past is of good quality but a very disappointed granddaughter this Christmas!!

Sadly I wasn’t hugely impressed by my order.. two of the rubber suction cups were folded and therefore wouldn’t stick to the tiles. I attempted to flatten them but this did not work. It has therefore left me with only two parts for my wee one to play with, not quite the same effect.
