Had to return all items as only after receiving them did I realise everything is made from polyester, especially the toys that babies put in their mouth. Not very baby friendly

I accidentally ordered the Evolu long legs, thinking that I was buying the actual highchair. Although I am aware of the no returns policy on furniture, I was very disappointed when I was told that I cannot return this, even though I can’t anything with just legs.

The boots I ordered came in packaging that was so heavily damaged that I can only assume they have been worn before. Upon contacting customer service I received no response, and have had to pay for return shipping to return this item. Extremely poor experience and I will not be using Scandiborn again.

Absolutely awful service. Ordered a product in January kept getting delayed and delayed. So had to cancel in the end. Ordered from a new company same product and arrived within days..

The courier service used was useless and I tried contacting scandiborn 3 times about the delivery issue with no reply. The only reason I got a refund was that I purchased via PayPal and they dealt with it. Would not use this company again

I think that it’s poor when you do not offer a paid returns service. This is a basic requirement now and should not be left to the consumer to do.

The shoes sizes I purchased for my children definitely didn’t align with standard children shoe sizing. I had my children measured at Clark’s and all other shoes from other retailers have fit perfectly however these seem to be smaller than the advertised size.. shame as they are nice shoes. Have passed on to family friends for younger children but has definitely put me off repurchasing with yourselves

Sourcing and delivery of products not made/stocked by Scandiborn is really bad. I ordered 3 children’s umbrellas, two of which were delivered by two different companies on different days and the third was never delivered due to a mistake made in the ordering process with “the supplier “. I got a refund after contacting Scandiborn several times to find out what had happened to the umbrella, and had to order another one from another company. As an intermediary supplier of products Scandiborn leaves a lot to be desired and I would not recommend.

Dear Catherine, Thank you for your review. Scandiborn is a distributor of a wide variety of brands and does not manufacturer products. The majority of items are stocked in our warehouse, whilst some are direct supply meaning they are sent straight from our supplier to you. The reasons for this vary including for service, supply chain and continuity reasons. Wherever possible, items are consolidated for shipment, but sadly this can’t always be guaranteed. We do however expect all shipments to be made within the terms of the service proposition we offer to our customers. I can see you have been in touch with our customer service team as it looks like you never ordered the Umbrella you are missing on your original order which is where the confusion has come from. !! The toys looks good but recommend buying the same one from a different company !! Firstly i bought an item for the present, i haven't seen it so it is difficult to review the item. This is probably the best review i wrote about the company today. When i ordered the item, i didn't receive any confirmation emails or invoices. So I sent an email asking you to send me an confirmation of my purchase but I never received it. The only email I received regarding this purchase was an email from the shipping company saying that they had a parcel for me from scandibon. After I received the item, i had a thought to exchange my purchase or return/refund as i had another idea. But as i am explaining, i had no email about my purchase or invoice, i could not do anything about it. If the item was damaged, how could i have exchanged it??

Dear Yumi, Thank you for your review. All orders placed with Scandiborn generate an automatic order confirmation and shipping confirmation to the email address that is provided to us. I have reviewed your order and I can see we have successfully sent an order confirmation via email on 3/12/23 @ 8.02. A further shipping confirmation email was sent on 5/12/23 @ 1.36pm. Sometimes depending on your email provider emails can go into your junk folder. Can I please ask that you check this folder for these emails. I will send these emails to you again so you have a copy of them. The table arrived and it is not usable at all. Please see the picture…all legs point in the same direction! Very disappointed for such an expensive item.

I ordered a cot which arrived with a broken screw meaning it could not be put together properly. It took over 3 months to receive a replacement screw. I often had to chase customer service for any reply to my emails asking about this. I was offered £50 compensation which doesn’t come close to making up for the delay.
