“Okay but as the wrong item was packed could do a little better but I must thank you for sending replacement out so quickly x otherwise very good”

“Quality toys beautifully made. Easy to use website with good communication re delivery Delivery was quick However I was dissapointed that I paid £1 for a message that was not included with the order I expected a small card in the delivery not a digital message .As it was a present and returning items is complexed .”

“Delivery time was sooner than expected. Check out was easy. Items are well made and very cute compared to chain toy shops. I would love a broader range of toys to choose from, specifically aimed at boys.”

Sometimes we do not have the perfect sized box for every item so they are sometimes slightly larger than needed. We strive to make sure the items are well packed inside if this is the case, to avoid damage in transit. We also make sure we do have a variety of size and shapes available in the warehouse to be able to fulfil every order, no matter the item and try our best to avoid waste. Kind regards, Meg

“Really lovely product. Nice fabric and well constructed, and speedy delivery as requested. One suggestion: the teepee would be much more stable if it had a sewn in ground cloth which would stop the whole thing toppling over when a toddler grabs it.”

“The flower baby rattle very soft and colourful and the rattle noise very quiet , could be a bit louder really . Happy with how cute it is and was delivered with care and on time and packaged well .”

“My 2 granddaughters love the dolly they are 2 years old loving the dummy but it woukd of been better if the dummy had a ribbon or something to have it attached to the dolly can see us loseing the dummy soon I bought 2 dolls”

“Great service. Came quickly. Robust toy but box damaged. Toy is fine. It is a birthday present so disappointed. Royal Mail throw things around. It was only in a brown paper bag. Box looks sad!!”

“We bought a Minikane baby doll from Scandiborn as a present for my daughter's 3rd birthday which is lovely. The shipping was quite fast, however the packaging did not survive well. It arrived in a damaged box, which was ripped open a bit. I was concerned that the doll would be damaged or wet, but luckily it hadn't been raining and the doll appeared to be ok. The doll was itself wrapped up in a plastic cellophane inside the box.”
