A lot went wrong, delivery didn’t come on time, when it came things were missing, I was promised refund as well as remaining parts but then they backed out and made it sound like I’m at fault.
Our baby was born and they were so terrible that they didn’t show any care or sort the situation.
Looking to go through to ombudsman for the stress and loss and when requested call back from the senior management we were told that isn’t possible
