“Products are always lovely and incredible, Order new baby gifts for a close friend who was due to see, unfortunately completely wrong order sent to me. Unable to send one of the products I had originally ordered but did send a replacement item once I had confirmed. This was sent next day so fortunately did arrive on time. I am waiting for them to review my return to be able to send the other items back at present. Although resolved quickly, disappointed that item was then out of stock, no recognition for taking an alternative. I will use scandiborn again as I love the products and I am sure this experience is rare”
