“Arrived quickly and communication and tracking were good. I ordered 3 items, two soft dolls which are cute and I am happy with but the interactive woodland puzzle only seems to play one sound (the frog!) bit disappointing when my granddaughter wanted to play with it on her first birthday :(”

“As an online shopping experience this was great service. From the point of ordering to delivery it was a simple and efficient process. My parcel was tracked and I was notified by email when my order would be delivered which was really helpful as it wasn’t been deliver to my home address. I was notified when it had been delivered safely. It would have been an even better experience if postage and packaging was free when spending over £50. Perhaps this could be a future consideration.”
