The Liewood basket is delivered flat-packed in a giant cardboard package. It is made of 60% recycled LDPE, 'not deemed safe for food contact in a recycled state' (FDA), although there is no warning on the Scandiborn website against using the basket for food shopping or picnicking, only a printed notice inside the basket itself. The plastic is very stiff, which makes bending the basket into shape and closing the poppers extremely difficult. I would not recommend this product and will not be buying from Scandiborn again.

I ordered a lion cushion which arrived two months late after I had found an alternative and frankly forgotten about the original. I prompted Scandiborn several times and was assured my purchase would arrive imminently but it never did in the timescales they gave me. When it finally arrived I asked for a refund and expressed my dissatisfaction but the poor service on Scandiborn’s part was never acknowledged nor did I receive an apology. I was really disappointed in the service I received. I cannot comment on the product as I returned it without opening.

Ordered the MamaToyz Bold Ride On. Was missing parts, so I couldn't assemble it. Requested spare parts after 2-weeks of no replacements, i was informed that there were no more parts for the toy and I can either accept a 20% price reduction or refund. I don't believe the excuse of not having the parts. I don't believe a reduction of 20% for a toy that is unusable without them is a just alternative.

Because of the item getting lost I missed my granddaughters birthday had to buy another gift so I might just send this item back. Just refunding the postage price did not really say sorry.

Pls take the shower mat out of your shopping profile. My son fell twice, we cant use it anymore. The vacuum heads under it dont work. We had the another liewood before and it was amazing, this one is not a good mat by any means.

I was very upset about the fact I had bought several items in the past and I could not be accommodated and have item sent to my new grand daughter in Ireland . It cost me a considerable amount of money to get her the same baby cot blanket as her little sister so won’t be buying her the dolls and toys as before

My order was very delayed with no information regarding expected delivery from Scandiborn. I needed to send an email on two separate occasions regarding updates. I have bought several orders from the company but will not be doing so again.

Contacted Scandiborn to cancel my order but it was delivered anyway. Now I have to arrange my own courier to return the unwanted goods

The poor review is not for Scandiborn which is a very good company. I never received the item i ordered .....the courier service appears to have "lost" it !
