“Flowers were delivered damaged and in one case vase was missing - eventually substitutes were sent This was my first time using The Real Flower Company after a recommendation and as much as it pains me to say I doubt I'll use again”

“The recipient told me that the flowers were lovely. I have used your company for quite a few years now, particularly when the shop was in Midhurst. I have only ever had one unfortunate incident. It was good to get a photo from DPD, the courier, of the package left in the recipient's porch. It occurs to me that you might send a photo of the arrangement to the person who ordered/paid for them. Especially as you are not the cheapest on the market.”

“I have not seen these flowers. They were sent to friends on their 50 th wedding anniversary. They loved them I had trouble with the web site. But was very efficiently looked after on the phone. Louise Grist”

Dear Anonymous, I'm so sorry that you are disappointed with your arrangement. We do mention on the website that the flowers in the picture are a large size and that in some cases we have to substitute flowers due to availability. “Very helpful staff & prompt delivery - haven’t seen the flowers but daughter said they were “beautiful!” Also you have the reassurance of having a pic of your gift delivered to the front door of the recipient. Big plus in my opinion, not to mention the fact that the flowers are grown in the UK.”

“My vase was delivered on time, and I was very impressed that they contacted me when I accidentally duplicated my order, to save me paying extra delivery.....it is good to see that there is the 'Personal touch'”

“No gorgeous ribbon on the box - the flower tube box was squashing the posy but I was able to hide the squashed side! . Looked fab for the 1st 24 hours, now looking sad despite trimming stems and changing the water. The roses were scented - lovely! Not as good an experience as previous orders.”

“Have used The Real Flower company many times, always fabulous. I sent the roses in the hat box to my mother, and again she said that these were the most beautiful flowers she has ever had .. and she's 89. Unfortunately she didn't realise that they were supposed to stay in the hatbox, and said how difficult it was to prise them out....!”

“When the delivery driver arrived with the flowers, even he said that they are the best! They were a thank you to my sister who said she had never received a more lovely bouquet. Easy and quick from order to delivery. Brilliant!”

“This is a review for the flowers sent to Mrs Yvonne Wheeler on Saturday 29th June. This is what she wrote to me: The bouquet was so very thoughtful that I hesitate to tell you, but feel you should know, and perhaps take it up with the suppliers, that the flowers did not arrive in very good condition, the roses especially were drooping and losing their petals already - and have not recovered despite efforts to revive them (stem trimming etc) Such a pity, but I still very much appreciate the thought :))) Caroline Soper”

“I chose best of British medium bouquet. Recipient delighted with them. I chose this company wanting British and sustainable or Organic, although I did find the price higher than average, and the delivery charge a bit of a sting. Service would be better if delivery was available every day of the week. Would use again though.”
