The recipient was sent the wrong product. i ordered the three mini hatboxes and they recieves a single bunch of flowers. I would ask for a refund but I am sure that is long winded. I have used this company for years and this is not to the standard I have become accustomed.

I paid more for these flowers for Valentine's Day, on arrival they were great. However, 3 days later flowers died very quickly and only last a maximum of 5 days. I had hoped they would last a lot longer consider I’d spent £100+ on a bouquet of flowers

The flowers were wilting and the foliage was dead. It was very embarrassing that they were so poor in quality and we were ashamed that they had been put on my nephews coffin. It would have been better if they had not been ordered at all.

I ordered the flowers for a friend for their birthday. The delivery was damaged in transit and did not arrive. I was not informed of this and only found out because I chased it up.

Have loved this company and it’s flowers for many years Sadly this batch arrived brown - picked off those brown petals, cut stems diagonally, tried to revive in water but they never made it and within 24 hours heads all drooped downwards Wasn’t hot on arrival but looked like they hadn’t survived delivery

Hi to be honest very dissatisfied out of 14 David Austin varieties I received 3 with only one being highly scented the other two with no fragrance, this cost over £100 very disappointing will not be using again. 😢 from a rosarian 🌹

I am so disappointed. The flowers arrived for valentines 2022 and were clearly not in their first youth. The petal edges were brown on arrival and have deteriorated since (2 days). The aroma was also strong arrival (perhaps artificially so) but is non-existent now. My wife is too polite to say anything, but I know. Never again. Simon

Dear Simon, I am so sorry to hear of your disappointment in your flowers you received. We specifically grown roses with a natural scent, as the memory of the scent will stay with the recipient long after the roses have died. Many commerical growers have chosen to grow roses with no scent in order to extend their shelf life. I really don’t want to write a review - the package I ordered failed to be delivered and the lady from your company never called me back when I chased it. Hence, I won’t use you again - I’m sorry, but it’s true.

Unfortunately on this occasion, it seems our courier was a little stretched with deliveries and had to delay the rose bush being delivered. We rectified this for you by refunding the entirety of your order, and we also offered to send a bouquet as an apology from us, however, this was declined. Order & Delivery Details - #000075155 I organised flowers (hatbox) for a colleague for Christmas and it was delivered damaged (boxes were wet and many flowers were taken out of the box - photo attached) My friends who I had organised the flowers were not happy with the responses they recieved from the realflower company "Upon looking at the photos, I can see that the roses are still in good condition, with no bruising of petals, or snapped heads. It looks like a few may have just fallen out in transit. All that will need doing to these flowers is for them to be popped back into the oasis within the hatbox, and then topped up with water to keep a fresh supply of water going. This will be very easy to do, but if you need help with anything else then please do let us know."

Truly awful. Appalling customer service. Flowers were not delivered on the chosen day, so I contacted customer services. They were to look into it and give me a call back. 5 hours later and nothing from them so called back. The entire attitude was it was the couriers fault and nothing to do with them (maybe they should have chosen a better firm them??). For £65 for a small bunch of flowers one would expect a premium service. 3 days later and the dead flowers were delivered. The attitude of the staff through the whole process was frankly embarrassing. Save your money and don’t choose The Real Flower Company.

I was DEVASTATED to hear my flowers had been left on a doorstep in central london without checking whether the recipient was there (she was away). I love this company but cannot justify double to price for not even a proper service. It’s a big no from me. Absolutely gutting. And when I called to complain they said nothing could be done about it. Appalling! Never again. Even interflora would be better.

Do not order if you need your flowers delivered on time. I paid extra to ensure delivery as I needed the flowers for an event and the flowers didn't arrive until my event was finished. Customer service did nothing to help and the courier service was not apologetic at all (apparently my flowers missed a connection for some inexplicable reason). Customer service was also shut on a Saturday which meant I had to chase the courier company myself. I ought to be given a full refund as my flowers were ultimately futile. I ordered them a week in advance and it's laughable that when the box arrived it was clearly marked as 'Perishable. Goods to be delivered today.' Will NOT BE ordering ever again or recommending to anyone I know.

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. We are so very sorry you experienced problems with your delivery. Currently we like many other companies are experiencing some problems with couriers due to lack of experienced staff. We are in constant contact with our courier and they are certainly trying the best to fulfil as many deliveries as they can, although admittedly some certainly fall through the net.
