“I was really disappointed with what was received. I order the most expensive option and it looked nothing like the picture. I will not be ordering again from this business.”

“Although your service was good and the recipient was very pleased, none of the flowers in the bouquet were the colours that I had specifically asked for! The lady that took the order did say that they might not be exactly the same as seen in the picture online but that she would mark down my request. These were flowers for my daughter to celebrate her wedding and the colours were not hers or my favourites and I was disappointed when I saw them.”

“I placed an order for peony on line. The following day a lovely lady called to say the peony were not the quality they work with and offered me to change my flower order. I did change the flowers and they very kindly offered to put extra stems in which I thought was very generous of them. The flowers arrived and as use they were stunning and exceptional quality.”

“I have emailed them my complaint and wrote my review 10 days ago but still no one followed up with me. Such a SHAME to use Real Flower Company on my big day. I had to rearrange it by myself the night before my wedding! My bouquet was ugly, poorly arranged and it looked very different from the online picture! Thought they had reputation as they were at Chelsea Flower Show, now proved that their customer service is bad, only managed to update very often on Facebook and Instagram. No apologies and will NOT recommend you to order your bridal bouquet from them if you want them to ruin your wedding day! I feel so regret not to use a local florist..”

“The delivery was efficiently organised and the flowers looked in very good shape. So 5 star. However, even though I am v familiar with flowers I followed the helpful instructions to the letter only to find that by the third day the flowers were badly faded. By the start of the fourth day all in the bin. Perhaps I was just unlucky. Such a shame.”

“I ordered the wedding bouquet (Romantic Coral) but I am not happy with it...it looks a lot different from picture online, I know there will be flower substitutions due to season, but I found the design and flower colour is not so similar to the picture on website..there are some white roses which I don’t expect. I try to avoid white flowers as it means unlucky in Chinese culture. There are some flowers like dragon flowers. They are quite big, overshadow other flowers and the design looks too bold... The flowers are fresh and smell very good though. However, I would not recommend it to my friends. I had to rearrange it by myself as I didn’t want to take the bouquet that I don’t like on my big day. I have sent an email to them 4 days ago regarding the feedback but I still have not heard them back about it.”

“Ordered flowers for a neighbour whose husband had just died. Hugely disappointed! Felt embarrassed for neighbour. Nothing like the gorgeous floral displays at Chelsea Flower Show. Could have put together a nicer bunch of flowers and HERBS from my own garden! Complained to shop, but no apology.”

“Ordered the 'David Austin Juliet Bridesmaid & Flower Girl Bouquet' as my bridal wedding bouquet. It looked so lovely online. It was to be fragrant with astrantia, eucalyptus, DA roses, herbs etc. I fell in love with the picture online (I even purchased locally, some buttonholes featuring astrantia to match – so they were in season). However, what I received I will call the white sweetpea and pea-shoot bouquet with grass. The white sweet peas over crowded the roses, which were hidden down in the bouquet. The pea shoots stuck up and looked like crazy green lobster claws, and there was a grass. Most unlike the image on the website. No astrantia, no fragrant herbs, the roses were hidden and it was all a bit messy and not my dream bouquet at all. Mum said (even though we had a weather warning on the day and rain which changed plans a fair bit) the biggest disappointment of the day was my bouquet. I couldn't put it down fast enough.”

“Used the Real Flower Company after seeing them at RHS Chelsea. Was for my mother's 80th, and they forgot to send the flowers! Seemed more concerned about their systems, rather than ruining my nice surprise. Upgraded the order and sent a lovely bunch at a later date. Regret not using a local florist!”
