Disappointed with the flowers that arrived for our Christmas table; they were not in the best condition and didn’t last long. Plus, they were sent to the wrong address and I had to run around the district looking for them (not your fault).

As a company they were extremely helpful in placing my order for some named flowers. They were really good at responding by email and on the phones as well. The flowers arrived very well packaged. Sadly the flowers were not of a quality that I would expect but the real flower company were very good and did refund me the cost of the flowers.

A little disappointed following several previous excellent products supplied. In this case, the displays were damaged on arrival and they also only lasted a couple of days before dying off and had to be thrown away. Pevious orders had lasted much longer.

The products are outstanding but the deliveries are erratic & unreliable, I do hesitate now as it's a great shame as the couriers they use let the company down... It was rectified by Ciera very quickly but the joy of receiving something beautiful is not quite the same when it's damaged.

We try our best, and if we could have our own courier company, we totally would, but for now, we have to rely on third party couriers to deliver our flowers for us. I only saw photographs of the flowers that were delivered to my sister. I was rather disappointed at what I saw. I thought the roses looked rather droopy and I could not see that there were 15 roses in the bouquet. My sister did comment on the scent of the sweet peas. I thought the flowers were expensive compared with other companies I have used. I would not rush to use The Real Flower Company again

I ordered an arrangement for Easter which was delivered on the Thursday before Easter sadly by Easter Sunday five of the roses were looking more than tired. The arrangement was in a nice cool room kept out of the sun. It was a beautiful arrangement that sadly didn't stay beautiful for long ☹️

A hard review to write really as although I have put 3 stars, I do not want my review to stop anyone from buying from this company! The flowers were expensive, which I believed would also be a reassurance as to the product. Flowers arrived in a superb box that fully protected them in transit, however once out, the roses were clearly dead/browning and falling apart at the petals. I complained and received without question exceptional customer service from the team, they were brilliant and understanding. They sent the same replacement bouquet as compensation. The replacement although the same had two issues, one was the same as the first, although not as bad but still not as expected and certainly did not last 5 days minimum and the second issue being the bouquet was in two parts, did not look as nice in the box and obviously we then had to put it together. Just not as nice as all. So why didn't I contact them again...well because the original occasion was extremely important to us and after being pointed to this company by a nationally respected events florist, I expected perfection...I got perfection in customer service but the occasion had passed by, as had the suprise to my partner, so accepted the second bouquet, which still looked ok. Great customer service would not make me shop with them again but I urge others to still buy from this company as I hear and believe they are great, I'm sure my case is very rare!

We do appreciate that our flowers can seem expensive - we are a small, specialist company and our flowers are sustainably grown which unhappily tends to increase the cost. Delivery service was efficient and I usually like the flowers from this company. This time the flowers were only just ok although my friend seemed happy enough and cheered by them. But they were not what I would have expected for the price. (I chose Best of British.) The colours were a bit random eg peach roses with maroon foliage and the roses were all a bit wilted, especially the white ones. (My friend sent photos.) Also, despite my putting a message for the recipient on both the flowers and chocolates I sent, no message was included. It was only by chance that she worked out they were from me.

Have used Real Flowers before and have been very pleased, however, his time I was quite disappointed. Not with quality of flowers (which was good) but by quite a small bouquet particularly when buying the medium for £86 inc postage so pretty poor value for money and would certainly think twice about using again. I was going to complain but this review request came up first!

Delivery good but flowers disappointing, already tired- looking on arrival. I paid a lot for a larger bouquet, but there didn’t seem to be that many blooms. I want very much to champion independents, but this was a bit disappointing.

Quick shipping, great packaging, big clumps of tubers, but all with many broken necks. I was expecting better quality than cheap imported ones, as I paid more. Almost 3/4 of the tubers went straight to the bin..

This was my second consecutive order. The first one was brilliant in every way so I expected the same with my second order. Unfortunately this was not the case and was disappointing. I had ordered a plant - a peony which appeared to have been thrown in a box far too big for it with inadequate packing. As a consequence the plant arrived damaged. I am still waiting to hear back from the company.

I have always loved the flowers from the Real Flower Company but was so disappointed when they were delivered the day after expected. They were a birthday present so it looks like I forgot when they were ordered a long way in advance!

The flowers were exquisite and smelled lovely but only lasted 2 days before they started to droop. By 5 days the majority of the very large bunch were wilted. Not what you would expect when you outlay so much money. Photo’s show initial and after a couple of days.

Requested delivery for specific date. Courier tried to deliver one day earlier leaving customer to have to postpone delivery. Real Flower Co should ensure that deliveries are made on correct day and not leave customer to sort out when it doesn’t.

The flowers were lovely. The roses had got a bit frost bitten which I know happens but when you are paying over £100 you would hope that you would be able to stop this from happening. £100 and looking at brown tinted leaves

The recipient kindly sent a photo of the flowers. They look lovely and apparently are scented as promised. However, I don't think they were special enough to merit the price of £80+ particularly as there wasn't the option to choose the colours.
