“The bowl and flower frog I ordered are beautiful and arrived very quickly. I also want to praise the customer service: I accidentally ordered two sets, and before I'd realised myself, they rang me to check if that was intentional. When I explained it wasn't, they immediately issued a refund for one set. Hugely impressive!”

“I absolutely love The Real Flower Company although I must say on this occasion I chose what I think is called Farmer’s choice… possibly a mistake as the colours were very garnish & clashed. I felt sad about this as it was for a very significant person & wasn’t well as well received as normal. The lesson learned is that it’s better to choose a specific arrangement rather than leave it to The Real Flower Company to choose. However, The Real Flower Company remain in my opinion an excellent company to work with and it was just unfortunate that on this occasion it failed to please.”

“flowers are beautiful - of course they are. no brainer but the difference with The Real Flower co was their customer service. i don't recommend putting in wrong address, and date. BUT i did - and whatsapped (on a sunday). got an out-of-office message so i KNEW it worked, and then on monday morning first thing a message FROM A PERSON. such a relief not some awful bot. and Cosmo changed everything, rejigged the delivery and couldn't have been more helpful. the flowers arrived today - and were greeted with raptures. thank you thank you. will def use again and again and again.”

“I adore this company and discovered them back in 2014 through a wonderful friend in London who sent me a basket of roses after a particularly trying time at the airport because my husband’s passport had expired & it took me two days to sort out getting a new one! It was a very difficult time because there was a 35,000 backlog with passports at that particular time but I was determined to go on holiday! The flowers were such a delightful gift and I still have the basket the beautiful roses came into this day!”

Despite changing the water & food half way through the week, lots of the pink roses didn't open properly and died off before day seven. A bunch of supermarket roses purchased the week before lasted much longer. Disappointed after buying from them previously.”
