This company supplies the most wonderful flowers and in particular their scented roses which smell quite heavenly. Their customer service is exemplary either on line or in person in their shops. They have a smallish selection of gifts too

ok often relatively expensive, but always particularly beautiful flowers. Flowers that show the person receiving them that you had thought about the flowers- on this occasion i knew the friend was about to get a lot of flowers for her return home from hospital and i wanted something to stand out / less predictable - so i ordered a box of the loosely packed dahlias - they were lovely and much appreciated

Hugely disappointed with the flowers! I bought a bouquet of Dahlia’s for one of my daughters-beautifully boxed with a lovely ribbon and card. But for the cost of over £40, the flowers were small in size and quantity and were drooping after 2 days. I have sent flowers by post using various companies for several years and this has been one of the poorer deliveries. I appreciate it is getting to the end of the Dahlia season, so perhaps it’s not the best time to buy them or to offer them to customers.

So delighted with purchase. The flowers were stunning and arrived exactly as requested before 10.30am (obviously paid for morning delivery) and my mother in law was thrilled to receive them on her 70th birthday. Thank you

I have recently sent 2 different bunches of flowers to friends. Both said they were fresh ,beautiful and natural; as if picked from the garden. They were as described on the website ( both recipients sent me photos) and arrived on the desired date. I am a very satisfied customer.

Wonderful flowers but terrible website, so difficult to use and almost had a nervous breakdown. Eventually asked someone for help and they found it equally difficult. If I hadn’t wanted my 15 per cent discount for an introductory customer it might have been easier. My friend in Winchester says the flowers are beautiful with gorgeous scent The messages about delivery all came to me in Anglesey , so I had to forward them on to her

I attended the flower paddock walk and tied bouquet workshop last week and wanted to say how much I enjoyed the morning. Met a lovely group of people and the staff were really friendly and informative. It was great to see and learn about all the flowers and foliage and then have the opportunity to put together our own bouquet to take home. A wonderful morning. Thank you very much. x

Unfortunately, the flowers I ordered arrived in poor condition, and the message intended to accompany them was missing entirely. As a result, the sentiment behind the gift was lost, and the occasion it was meant to mark had passed. While a refund was offered, the initial response lacked accountability and left me feeling let down. The follow-up was more helpful, but too late to make up for a poor first experience. I won’t be ordering again.

I worked from USA over the phone with Cosmo on birthday flowers for my sister in England and Cosmo was amazing. Unfortunately the first delivery was disappointing due to carrier however Cosmo promptly fixed the issue and replaced the order with beautiful flowers so a big shout out for great customer service and many thanks!

Long standing customer . Beautiful fresh vibrant stylish flowers every time .amazing service , if you need to make any changes to your order ( I often do 🤦) the team are super responsive and helpful . They may be a little more pricey than other online florists but hell you get what you pay for big time !!!

Bought edible rose plant as a gift and delivered to recipient. Understand very dry on arrival but perked up and looking good with several blooms and buds. Delivery worked like clockwork. Lovely packaging and comprehensive care instructions.
