“The recipients of the bouquet were overwhelmed, thought the display quite wonderful. I asked if they could photo it for me, and I have to say I was a mite disappointed. When I was searching for a this gift I was most taken with how different yours looked, so much more structural than all the lavish but similar traditional displays, seemingly involving twigs or some sort of branch-like blooms. What they received (unless they removed them - which I doubt) lacked this element. Which is why I only gave you four stars. I will, though, use your service again if and when I'm back in the UK.”

“Have been ordering from TRFC for many years and they never disappoint. The careful and luxurious packaging, the quality of flowers, the scent and longevity of the flowers is second to none and have tried many companies over the years. This is my go to florist when I want to gift flowers to a special person on a special occasion and I know they will not be disappointed. In fact, the recipients have always commented on the stand out quality of the arrangements.”

“My first Lore subscription box arrived yesterday and it's stunning. It was so large I had to divide it between two vases! The flowers were so unusual and the geranium leaves and, I think, a couple of sprigs of jasmine, used as foliage makes it smell glorious. Everything I've ever had from The Real Flower Company has been outstanding and their subscription box is everything I'd hoped it would be. It's gorgeous.”

“The customer service was wonderful and my expectations high. Unfortunately however the bouquet delivered on 1 August was dead on my arrival at my friend’s home on 3 August. At a cost of £62 I consider this very poor value.”
