“I recently got my daughter a beautiful hand tied bouquet and bottle of bubbles for her graduation - they came in a fabuloous box, complete with ribbon and a card. The flowers were presented beautifully and looked like something I'd taken the time to gather together for her from my garden - not stuffy and fussy, just neat and natural, a truly beautiful way to present fresh flowers. The process was extremely simple and efficient. I will definitely be ordering from The Real Flower Company again.”

“Although the delivery was prompt, (should be for £20) the quality of the flowers was extremely poor, with some already wilting and browning off! Considering they were for my bride to be on the morning of our wedding, appalling for £170, and truly disappointing. It was noted by the bridal party. The company states that they are delivered early age and should last 7ish days, this is far from the truth. I will not be using again and would not recommend in the slightest.”

“They arrived on time but one end (the end with the flower heads) of the box had been badly damaged. That’s down to Royal Mail. The roses smelt wonderful and the fragrance spread across the whole room. I did as instructed, placed them in cold water for two hours after cutting the stems slantwise. I then arranged them in two vases About half of the roses had drooped or discoloured by the third day. None of the flowers have fully opened.”

“The bowl and flower frog I ordered are beautiful and arrived very quickly. I also want to praise the customer service: I accidentally ordered two sets, and before I'd realised myself, they rang me to check if that was intentional. When I explained it wasn't, they immediately issued a refund for one set. Hugely impressive!”

“I absolutely love The Real Flower Company although I must say on this occasion I chose what I think is called Farmer’s choice… possibly a mistake as the colours were very garnish & clashed. I felt sad about this as it was for a very significant person & wasn’t well as well received as normal. The lesson learned is that it’s better to choose a specific arrangement rather than leave it to The Real Flower Company to choose. However, The Real Flower Company remain in my opinion an excellent company to work with and it was just unfortunate that on this occasion it failed to please.”
