“I have loved purchasing flowers from the Real Flower company over the years. They offer superb quality and a quintessential English feel. I cannot give a 5 star review at this time because the website and online purchasing experience has declined. Changes have been made that mean it is not easy to purchase/place an order and the quality of the graphics/website do not reflect the quality of the product as they once did. Your old website was much better. Sorry”

“It's hard to review flower deliveries because you don't see the flowers arrive but in this case the recipient said she was delighted!! I was looking for flowers grown in this country with quite local delivery on a set day and the Real Flower Company met those criteria well. It was not the cheapest option but I felt it was the right one!”

“I bought the small ceramic jar in cream. It’s glazed on the inside and has a natural finish on the outside. It was expensive as with most things on the website but it is a perfect size and shape for flowers, bigger than I expected. It’s quite unique so I had to have it and you get what you pay for so I’m glad I bought it. I’ve had flowers from the company before and they are indeed ‘real’, beautiful, scented and very special.”

“Beautifully presented. A very competitive price. Two of the branches of mimosa were beautiful but one faded within hours otherwise it would have been a five star. I would purchase again.”

“Simple internet ordering, and great delivery with excellent verification. Disppointed that we ordered the large version of Winter Jewel bouquet but it did not arrive as large. Otherwise, it was lovely. Because of the excellent delivery may consider using again.”

“The Real Flower company were amazingly helpful and our flowers were beautiful. I'm only marking them down one star as some of the flowers were damaged slightly on receipt due to the extreme cold - I think they were stored overnight somewhere cold by the courier company because they looked very fresh in spite of it. They were beautifully packaged and the bouquets are very pretty. It would have helped us if the boxes were labelled so we didn't have to unpack all of them to try and work out which bouquet was which but that's a small issue.”

“Prompt delivery beautifully packaged ...bouquet and colours beautiful. Having selected 2 (medium) for scent it was little disappointing there wasn't any fragrance which is unusual however visually the bouquet was lovely.”

“Beautifully packaged rose in great condition it was a present and they loved it. Only 4 stars as it was delivered a day late I think this was the delivery companies fault not the Real Flower Company.”

“I would usually give you 5* but my most recent order, which was for our daughter’s future mother-in-law (so I ordered from you as I really wanted the flowers to be excellent) were a bit disappointing. I know flowers are extremely expensive at this time of year but I was surprised to see, from the photograph sent to thank me, that there only appeared to be 6 roses and a filler, whose name I always forget.”

“Bought a hatbox as an important birthday gift, roses did not last long enough for the price charged. The recipient contacted The Real Flower Co. and was sent a further few roses as an apology. This was good and thank you. However, would have preferred to have had a decent long-lasting gift in the first place which wouldn't have required the disappointed recipient to contact and complain!”

“Beautiful Flowers but one star off for a late delivery. I paid for a premium next day delivery that did not happen. Real Flowers were attentive to the problem and offered to re-send the flowers. I would rather they had arrived on the person's birthday though.”

“We adore your flowers and for the last 15+ years have only ordered from you. Only disappointment this time was that the gift card was omitted , thankfully I was with my mother when they were delivered otherwise it would have been a mystery!”

“Flowers arrived on time and were perfect. Have knocked one star off as they didn’t last as long as I hoped - I guess this was due to them being in and out of the venue and travelling- but for the price was disappointed they didn’t last longer”
