“I absolutely love The Real Flower Company although I must say on this occasion I chose what I think is called Farmer’s choice… possibly a mistake as the colours were very garnish & clashed. I felt sad about this as it was for a very significant person & wasn’t well as well received as normal. The lesson learned is that it’s better to choose a specific arrangement rather than leave it to The Real Flower Company to choose. However, The Real Flower Company remain in my opinion an excellent company to work with and it was just unfortunate that on this occasion it failed to please.”

I cannot give a 5 star review at this time because the website and online purchasing experience has declined. Changes have been made that mean it is not easy to purchase/place an order and the quality of the graphics/website do not reflect the quality of the product as they once did. “It's hard to review flower deliveries because you don't see the flowers arrive but in this case the recipient said she was delighted!! I was looking for flowers grown in this country with quite local delivery on a set day and the Real Flower Company met those criteria well. It was not the cheapest option but I felt it was the right one!”

“I bought the small ceramic jar in cream. It’s glazed on the inside and has a natural finish on the outside. It was expensive as with most things on the website but it is a perfect size and shape for flowers, bigger than I expected. It’s quite unique so I had to have it and you get what you pay for so I’m glad I bought it. I’ve had flowers from the company before and they are indeed ‘real’, beautiful, scented and very special.”

“The Real Flower company were amazingly helpful and our flowers were beautiful. I'm only marking them down one star as some of the flowers were damaged slightly on receipt due to the extreme cold - I think they were stored overnight somewhere cold by the courier company because they looked very fresh in spite of it. They were beautifully packaged and the bouquets are very pretty. It would have helped us if the boxes were labelled so we didn't have to unpack all of them to try and work out which bouquet was which but that's a small issue.”

“I would usually give you 5* but my most recent order, which was for our daughter’s future mother-in-law (so I ordered from you as I really wanted the flowers to be excellent) were a bit disappointing. I know flowers are extremely expensive at this time of year but I was surprised to see, from the photograph sent to thank me, that there only appeared to be 6 roses and a filler, whose name I always forget.”
