“I was deeply disappointed by the condition of the flowers. They blooms were beautiful, but had not been cared for or put in sufficient water for transit. A number of the David Austin roses were squashed. Others were wilted. Very disappointing as an anniversary gift to my wife. Not really acceptable. Please call me.”

“Beautiful, scented, fresh flowers arrived promptly in excellent condition and protective packaging. The second bouquet I ordered was Sweet Peas for my Mum. Oh how lovely and nostalgic they are, reminiscent of the scent of the gardens in my childhood.As for the dark chocolate floral creams, they were so pretty just to look at we took photos of them and they tasted exquisite. A very classy company. Thank you.”

“It took awhile for me to send in my order, my own fault,but I was very happy with the service and I know the flowers arrived at their destination ,date and time as stated. The receivers were very happy with the beautiful flowers. . Thank you”

“Although the flowers were fine on delivery they only lasted 3 days. The herbs faded after 2 days and the roses followed soon afterwards This is not nearly good enough for a bouquet costing over £100 and it compares unfavourably with those of other suppliers which cost significantly less”

We guarantee our flowers for 5 days, please see our website for further information. Should our flowers not last there is a procedure to follow, also on our website. Having spoken with Martin, he will be receiving a beautiful fresh replacement bouquet to enjoy tomorrow. RFC.

“Flowers are beautiful but arrived tired looking because although despatched on 28th they didn’t arrive in Edinburgh till the afternoon of the 30th which sadly was too late for the presentation to staff planned for the morning of 30th I had asked for delivery on 29th. I didn’t want to complain because I know how busy Chelsea must have made you. The sweet peas have revived so I am enjoying them but it wasn’t the plan! So I rate your flowers as lovely but maybe Edinburgh is too far away.”

“Beautifully scented flowers but sad to see that on delivery the roses are already turning brown and the sweetpeas are limping. Shame as the flowers smell stunning but quality isn't as expected from The Real Flower Company.”

“Really disappointed with the sweet peas this time, most of the lower petals fell off on the third day as you can see by my photo. Have purchased previously and quality was much better. Big disappointment Lynn”
