“Organised very quickly, the engineer turned up on time was very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. My only feedback was that the process to upload all of the photos before booking was laborious and the installer didnt seem to have all of the information that I had submitted when booking”

“First class installation. Engineer arrived on time and explained what and where he needed to access and installed Pod Point without stopping and extending the route past what other installers call 'Standard' The weather was dreadful but he just kept going. I am very pleased with the charger and he explained how to maximise through the app which I have done and set the charging to my off peak supply. I would recommend this charger and the company that carries out the installations.”

“Everything was done online with regards to arranging installation and payment. The installer was knocking on my door at 8am. We discussed where best to put the Pod Point. When he measured everything out, it was going to take double the amount of cable. I agreed to the additional cost and was sent a link to pay. Everything went smoothly.”

“Found the communication to be very poor. The engineer was delayed on the original timeslot was between 8 am to 12 pm but the engineer did not arrive until almost 6 pm. Would have expected a phone call from the head office to inform me of this as I had taken time off work. Once the engineer arrived he was however very hard-working and completed our installation even though it was dark.”
