“Mike, our Pod Point engineer, contacted me the day prior to installation re the time of his visit and clarifying access etc. He arrived at the specified time and was very thorough in outlining procedures. Mike worked very hard and answered my questions clearly and patiently. Following installation he talked my wife and I through the set up and the app. He took his time in listening to us and again, he answered our questions clearly.”

“It took a bit of time to establish that the cable run was possible, and uploading photos to the website was not that easy, but then the installation was scheduled very quickly. The installation itself was impeccable, and the engineer found a better cable run, was extremely friendly and efficient.”

“Good communication in advance of fitment - only thing i am disappointed with is the silicone that was used to seal around the power cable into the house was spread over a greater area than necessary onto my newly rendered house. Looks a bit messy.”
